I went to Good Times at Southlands Mall and ordered a combo meal. My hamburger was so undercooked the patty was red. As the store was about to close, I called to notify the manager I was on the way for a refund. Upon my arrival, I found the doors were locked. After talking to the manager and asking for a refund, I had to wait over 15 minutes for it... In fact, instead of a refund, the manager initially sent a rather large employee to "deal" with me. When I finally got a refund, I was short changed by the aforementioned "sizable" employee. As the employee came from behind the counter and approached me, I approached him and asked for the manager (again); and, the correct amount of money I paid for the food. Making matters worse, an employee told me to Google Good Times to find the phone number to the corporate office after my verbal request for a phone number to file a complaint. In my opinion anyone should form a formal complaint when served a semi-raw burger (if not requested) due to possible e-coli from undercooked raw ground beef. I'm thankful another patron was eating there and opened the door as none of the employees came to the door upon my arrival (the staff stood behind the counter looking at me and wouldn't open the door). Keep in mind I called and notified a manager about the food and my coming back for a refund. BUYER BEWARE!!! African American patrons please careful when eating at this establishment!! They will serve you raw food and send "Mr. Sizable" to short change your refund... or harass you when you notify the staff a complaint will be given. True story and I still can believe this happened...
Read moreThere were at least 5 different employees there, all of them were just in the back listening to loud music, and it took almost 10 minutes to be served, even after hollering back and saying I was here. The drive thru lady saw me, but didn't say anything and preferred to just wait for a cashier. After that was said and done, I placed my order, which was some food and shakes. About 7 minutes later I got my food, but no shakes, after they said "have a good night" which I needed to stop them and say they forgot my shakes, which they hadn't even started. Finally after I got everything I ordered, I headed back home, only to find out that they screwed up my order. I had ordered an Oregon Blackberry shake, and they had put it as an Oreo instead. So, I tried calling them to complain. Given that they were just blasting music because no one was there, they actually MISSED MY CALL. Which by the way is very hard to do, given it rings for like 3 minutes. So, I called again, but getting ready to go back out if they didn't answer again, and finally they did, after a minute and a half of waiting. I said what they screwed up, but they corrected me, saying "Oh no you definitely said Oreo." Understandably upset, I corrected him, three times actually, to which he stood his ground on what I said, but of course, offered to fix it, however my roommate's mom, overhearing the conversation, told me not to go, because she feared they would do something to her shake, which, given the level of quality they're showing, was very likely.

Read moreI had the worst fast food experience here. The staff doesn't believe in good customer service. I spent over $25 and didn't get all of my food. So I went back in to get my burger, thinking it would be quick. I explained to the cashier in the front my concerns. He went to the back, told them my concerns. The manager and Bag boy argued back and forth and told me, "nobody stole my burger." So I said if I have to go back to the car and get my bag to prove to you I don't have the burger, I want a refund. I went to my car got the bags, the MANAGER came back and tossed my burger on the counter and told me that she, "put it in A bag". What ever that means. No apology, no sorry about that sir, NO REFUND. She tells me she's not giving me anything and walks off. So I asked for my money back again and she threatens to call the cops. The manager and fellow staff members call the police follow me out to my car. I don't like being treated like a criminal for wanting a refund because service was poor and my order was wrong. I had to prove to a business I spent over $25 that I didn't get a burger through drive through that I really didn't get. Why would I waste my time and let the rest of my meal get cold behind a lie???
