Finally!!!! Thank you for joining the Southlands community. There were many times I drove by awaiting the grand opening of this new restaurant, Haldi Indian Cuisine. I had the opportunity to dine in, sit at the bar, and enjoy the most delicious affordable quality Indian cuisine. Prashik greeted me as soon as I walked in and shared the history of this location as well as the Littleton location, Haveli. As I observed the menu my mouth started watering while reading the description of each dish, along with the aroma in the air. I was mesmerized. I ordered the chicken momos, butter chicken, coconut naan, and the Lamb Masala from Haldi Kid’s corner. Let me begin by saying, the service is top notch! My food was delivered on a platter, placed in front of me, with the aromas steaming right up under my nose. The authentic Momos, homemade dumplings,🥟filled with chicken bursted with flavors of Indian spices, warm, and tasty with a tangy dipping sauce and crispy yet soft outer shell. Ahhh…The butter chicken was spoon licking good! Rich and creamy blend of tomatoes, butter, curry, and spices. You can select your level of heat and I selected 3, however, the next time I’ll select 4! I really appreciate the gluten-free, dairy free, and vegan options. The coconut naan was a first! Warm, buttery, and bits of coconut in each bite complimented the meal very well and could pass for a nice pastry dessert as well. I will definitely be adding Haldi’s in my contacts for take out and delivery when unable to dine in. However, the quality service is a must when dining in and if you have the opportunity to be serviced by Prashik, let him know I said hello and that this review sent you to Haldi’s. Desire much prosperity and blessings to all. Enjoy and God bless.

Haldi Indian Cuisine in Southlands stands out for its authentic and flavorful dishes, providing a memorable dining experience. Their chai is a highlight, offering a warm and perfectly spiced beverage that's more than just a drink—it's a comforting experience. The chai sets a high standard, complementing the meal with its traditional flavors. The dumplings at Haldi are another must-try, featuring tender, flavorful fillings encased in perfectly steamed dough. They demonstrate the kitchen's skill in creating dishes that balance taste and texture beautifully. Equally impressive is the cheesy garlic naan, which elevates the classic Indian bread with a generous filling of gooey cheese, making it a delicious side or a treat on its own. Not to be overlooked are the chicken noodles, a dish that showcases Haldi's ability to infuse traditional Indian spices into universally loved foods. The noodles are expertly cooked, paired with tender chicken and tossed in a rich, aromatic sauce, offering comfort food with an Indian twist. Haldi Indian Cuisine provides a fantastic array of dishes, from the warming chai to the sumptuous dumplings, irresistible cheesy garlic naan, and delightful chicken noodles. Each menu item is prepared with care, promising not just a meal but a truly memorable culinary journey. For anyone looking to explore the depths of Indian cuisine or simply enjoy a great meal, Haldi in Southlands is undoubtedly worth a visit.

This restaurant was amazing! I had the chicken korma and my friend had the chicken tika masala. We also each ordered naan bread for our meals. Everything came out made to order and so fresh! The gentleman who greeted is at the door came to check on us several times during our meal. He found out we're visiting from the other side of the state for work and carried on an interesting conversation with us. He then offered us Chai tea after our meal! He didn't charge us for it, just wanted to make us feel at home. And we certainly did. I will definitely plan to eat here a few more times before we leave. I forgot to get a picture before I ate but even the leftovers still look good! I'll update with better pictures the next time I'm in. I missed the prices on the menu but most of the entrees ranged from $16 to $26. The Shrimp Korma was $19 and the Chicken Korma was $18.

I have been here twice, both times it's nice, cool, dimm and relaxing inside. The staff are very friendly, outgoing and will bring great conversations. They will give you their recommendations and try their best to ensure your food taste how you want it and your experience is fantastic. The restrooms are not shared which is nice as it gives you privacy and there are two of them. They had typical decent beers, liqour and great mixed drinks. The food was amazing, everything was really fresh, had great aroma and very good taste. Had a a chicken coconut curry and I was surprised at how much I was able to taste the coconut as most places have a hint or mild amount. Their goat dish was amazing (don't recall the name but it was under their specials) and we tried a few appetizers which all very good and full of flavors. I asked for their most spicy dish and even the waiter told the kitchen staff to make it, it was good and had spice but it was not enough to make me get even a little sweat. However that being said it was good regardless I would just bring my own peppers next time if I want to burn that much and wouldnt let that stop me from coming back. I would definitely come here over little India any day, I would come here over yak and yeti as well unless of course I want buffet and their unique beers. Given all of that this is my new indian spot and will be definitely...
