CM Korean Fried Chicken of Aurora - Park To Shop Supermarket (충만 치킨) — Restaurant in Aurora

My husband and I had a disappointing experience at our recent visit to the CM Chicken in Aurora, IL on July 9th around 6pm. We ordered the Snow Chicken Tenders meal for take out. We got home to find that the restaurant did not give us the onions and sauce with our chicken. We only received the chicken tenders, side of pickled veggie and the rice we ordered. We should have checked the bag before leaving but thought maybe it was inside the box with the chicken. By the time we got home the location had closed already. Also, we are about 25 min away, so it would have been too much of an inconvenience for us to return that evening to pick up the sauce and onions. But this was extremely disappointing since we made the trip out there to specifically have this meal. It also took about 20 minutes for the food to be ready. It just feels like it should have taken much less time as there were not that many others in line...

Im so sad, because unfortunatley the food here was fantastic. I can't possibly return since I had such an awful experience while ordering. While actually speaking to the person at the counter making my order, a doordasher/uber eats/whatever person came up. RUDLEY interrupted and barged in front of me saying "order for xxxx" at that point the person serving me decided to ignore me completley and prioritise the delivery driver. which was hilarious because they had a much smaller order to pick up than I was currently making. The delivery driver happened to be asian. I am not. it very much seemed to me the counter person was much happier interacting with the delivery driver and not me. May as well just call it racist chicken and be a ghost kitchen for delivery drivers if in person customers are going to be...

Don't you love when someone who obviously doesn't love spicy food, goes to a restaurant featuring a spicy dish, orders the spiciest dish knowing full and well it will be too spicy for them because of the not 1, or 2, but THREE chili 🌶️ 🌶️🌶️ symbols pictured big and clear next to the image and description of the dish, and then proceeds to write their 2nd, one sentence google review about how it was too spicy for them??

For anyone looking for some amazing fried chicken in spicy AND non-spicy korean flavors this is the place. Very well done. And I have to say the kick is good, but I'm not overwhelmed. Very impressed with the fry then grill double cooking method. Definitely...
