So I will preface this with I believe we walked in near closing time, however after looking at the outside I don't believe I saw hours listed.
We were here to eat while at a dance at the Stanley. As we walked in they did not let us know that they were closing, only that they had just cleaned their sandwich press and if they could make our sandwiches in the oven. We happily agreed, I think this is where the problem really started. I had ordered a toasted Italian sandwich which had the the bread lightly toasted (no browning) and cold meat. Not the best Italian sandwich I've had (not a fan of whatever sweet sauce they put on it) but it was okay.
My wifes friend ordered a pretzel which did come out piping hot (no salt on these) but the cheese sauce and mustard were pulled out of the fridge; cold pretzel cheese yum!
Finally and why I came on here to leave this review, my wifes Grilled Cheese Sandwich. They did not toast the bread past a warming so imagine this on bread you'd left in the sun for an hour. The cheese was was not at all melted and you could see each individual slice. Towards the center the cheese was still fridge cold. So now you have a warm slightly greesy (around the edges) with cold cheese in the middle sandwich. My biggest regret here was not taking a picture for this review.
All of this done by the disgruntled gentleman behind the counter in about 30 minutes.
If this is an example of the quality of service here I would stay far away. If this was a grumpy employee regarding us walking in late please say something we would have gone to one of the other...
Read moreOrdered carne asada fries. Watched the cook lady put it on the grill and was working and attentive. All the way until it was almost done, all of a sudden there was "chisme" in the back. If you can't work and talk then you're not going to be successful in the food industry. I sat and watched as she spent 5 MINUTES being distracted while I watched my food steam away all it's warmth on the food line. All she needed was to put on pickled onions and it was finished. But she got distracted by another employee talking about probably nothing important. THEN as I was standing right at the receiving station, some buddies of the restaurant came up and chat the employees up, straight up ignoring me and my food. I got very upset. My brother had to bring it back because it was ice cold. He was very polite and had to insist three times for them to remake it. Even though he also ordered from there and it took them 5 minutes to acknowledge him at the register to take his order. The food was mid and they were out of their hot sauces for addition on the food. Just sat there empty. Seems like they don't know how to run a business and their food wasn't that good anyway. Won't...

We came here for Mundo market but stumbled on the juniper pig... from just standing on the outside you could tell they kept a clean kitchen not shying away from trying new things we decided to order... Brent was on top of it very personable and a genuine sense of urgency to serve us patrons.
Food: we ordered the ham and cheese, the pastrami and their Bohn Mi.. now I will say I will order all of their sandwiches again!!! But that Bahn Mi was hands Down the best Bahn mi I have had in Colorado... it was light and fresh the bun toasted to perfection: the cucumber, cilantro and mint were in perfect harmony balancing the sandwiches hardy meats (Ham and pork belly) wish I could post pictures on her because you ain’t never seen a sexier cross section then The juniper pigs Bahn mi being cut in half. As we were sitting their eating people were asking us where we got our sandwiches.
5/5 Will recommend 100% chance will eat...
