10/15/22 6:25pm dine-in. An upsetting 1 star for this evening. Walked in with my family and was not greeted. It was not busy so I’m not sure why we weren’t greeted. So I decided to say a nice loud “Hello!” Not one response from the 3 employees behind the counter. It took about 5 minutes to have our order taken. None of the 3 employees had the decency to say something along the lines of “We’ll be with you in a few minutes…” One of the employees finally came to the register and said nothing. I had to say “Hello we’d like to make an order…” We were not asked for pickles or up-sold on any other menu items. After placing our order we went to a table and waited to eat. We ordered 4 sandwiches. 1 sandwich had no top bread, 1 had no bottom bread, and 1 sandwich was a sloppy mess. A coke we purchased was flat. It was unpleasant to listen to the 3 employees swearing amongst themselves while we ate. The place was dirty, the floor was not swept and the piles of chip boxes in the dining area wasn’t pleasant to look at either. Watched an employee wash the tables- he put the bucket of water on top of one of the tables but when he took the bucket away, he didn’t wipe the table where bucket sat. When we usually come here there is an adult woman and/or a man who is very friendly, greets you, and asks you for options on your order. I guess it pays to have an adult on duty at all times to make sure you get the BEST customer...

I love sandwiches and this is included in the good spots I know with delicious sandwiches in this area. It is basically a normal sandwich shop with a nice, cozy atmosphere and vibe. The place is always a good option whenever I am in this area and I do not have a particular place in mind to eat. The place is always clean, and they also have the nicest, most accommodating, and helpful staff. I got a lot of requests, especially if I wanted to build my own sandwich and the staff would do it accurately. One of my favorites is their spicy Cajun chicken sandwich, and that is exactly what I ordered the last time I went here. Like usual, the service is quick, and I did not take long inside the shop since I ordered for takeout. The sandwich was freshly made to order and was still hot even after a long time. I like the flavor of the Cajun chicken and the kick of spiciness it has, and it definitely goes well together, especially, of course, with the delicious sauce and fresh veggies in it. It was so good.
