Eola Tap House — Restaurant in Aurora

I have not been here in years. I will not be back. We came in on a Saturday with a party of 10, 3 of those being kids. We called ahead to see if there was a table and they said yes. We arrived at 12:46pm There was 1 other party here and 6 people at the bar. 1 other group walked in as we did, with 6.

There was 1 waitress/bar tender working her literal butt off. She deserves a raise.

We ordered drinks and apps almost immediately and everything came out in a timely manner. Once we finished our apps, about 1:20 we order our actual food. As I type this, we have not received our food.

There are two other gentlemen here. One seems to be a manager in a pinkish shirt and another near him in plaid. Both have been sitting at the bar the whole time. Plaid man brought over a picture of water 12 minutes after we asked for it, but no cups. 15 minutes later I asked for cups.

Mr Manager stood at the bar drinking the whole time. He did at one point wipe down two tables. Pushed them together and then went back to drinking. He offered little to no help to the only person working as she worked to service 5 tables.

It is now 2:26 and our food is finally coming out…. Oh wait. It was only part of it.

Perhaps they are short staffed. But to the manager standing at the bar, GET UP!...

I wish I could give this place no stars. The service was absolutely horrible. Me and my friends decided to try a new place since we are new to the area. The place was dead when I was there, the server took so long to get our drinks and take our order. The server never came back to check in on us after we had all finished our drinks. 3 out of the 4 peoples food came out. The server then came over about 10 minutes after to check on everything and we proceeded to say someone still is waiting on their food. The server then said “I forgot to put the food order in”. So we waited another 30minutes before everyone had their food. We then asked to speak to the manager which is the owner. Explained what happened and he proceeded to argue with us. He said we ate the food and due to covid they aren’t making any money so he will not take the meal that the server forgot to even put in off our bill. The owner was extremely rude and told us they are short staffed. We then said there were only 2 tables there and the server was sitting down on his phone the whole time. Would not recommend especially after and owner talked to us the way he did. He does not care about the service given to...

I will start by saying when we first got there the owner and The waitresses were very nice. We had a surprise party for my brother. As the night went on.. once the owner left the manger was very disrespectful so was the waitresses saying no one tip them I know for a fact more than half of the party tip them 20% percent or more they were thinking they should get more than that they are sadly mistaken. They didn’t have cup for the kids they complain the whole time and even said the party room was a mess! Yes we had kids but it’s your job to clean it when we offer to try to help they gave us nothing but attitude and at this point why would we help you guys if we get attitude. I will never come back the food was trash the wings were dry and it took 45mins for even a glass of beer! The pizza was very dry. It was not even worth the money!!! To top off before the party started I went into the womens bathroom with my child and one toilet had a bunch of tissues in the toilet the other stall had pee all over the seat. When I told the waitress she said oh somebody will clean it it took them almost an hour for somebody to clean the bathroom! This...
