This place had a 5 star review from me last summer starting in June 2016 and I usually go about 2-4 times per month. The only thing decent though is getting your Chinese food during lunch otherwise you pay out the ass for a small amount of food. I'd rather go to a buffet and eat a hell of a lot more food then this. For the same cost.
I have to say also that this is the second time my BBQ boneless ribs have not tasted very good my egg rolls were nearly burnt so we're my crab cheese wontons but didn't taste as bad as the egg rolls I couldn't finish. Also in the past week, Like literally the past week! Because I bought some last week they now charge you an extra 50 cents for a damn can of soda. Something that used to come free now they're sneaking in a 50 cent extra charge, why? Because you keep losing customers? I'm sure you already made enough money off your over priced food to cover still cover the minimum wage increase.
I already told myself when my BBQ boneless ribs weren't very good 2 weeks ago that I should look elsewhere but I didn't. Figured MAYBE the cook was either new or having an off day but no. I was wrong any now you charge extra for soda when the flyer I have says it's complimentary. Way to cheat everybody even further and like I said when I called back about the extra charge, you lost a customer. A loyal customer. I'll go elsewhere from now on. Hope you go out of business from driving all your customers away with your bs price increase and the rudeness I have experienced myself from a couple employees to lazy to do their job right. I'm done. No more fortune...
Read moreThis place was a major disappointment I went with my friend last Saturday. We were both starving & hadn't eaten all day. Imagine our disappointment when we were served meat was tough you couldn't cut it with a knife if you wanted to. She got spare ribs I got Szechuan beef and she also got fried rice with the shrimp and some other type of meat and it was hard. The seasoning was flat and it tasted awful and in fact the meat was was resistant like shoe leather and when we complained the young girl working there just simply stayed on her laptop and ignored us. I got a hold of what appeared to be the manager and she just walked over to the table and pressed on the meat and said she would give my friend 7 cheese filled fried wontons in exchange for her $9 ribs . In total she spent over $20 plus for everything that she purchased, I spent $13. The wonton offer was not an equivalent besides that they did not apologize. For what I purchased, they didn't even have tea. The choice of beverages were canned drinks. Their Customer Service was awful. Therefore, I want everyone to know this place is the worst Chinese restaurant I have ever visited Do not go to that place! I'm just wondering... If that was real spare ribs & beef they were serving or some other substandard meat not recognized by the FDA with the rest...
Read moreAt work my boss and I order out every couple of weeks and I talked him into trying this place since you can order online. Unfortunately that ended up being the only good part of he experience.
We put a specific time for the order to be delivered and I went outside and waited...and waited...and waited. I finally called and the woman on the phone sounded surprised and unaware of any such order. She played it off and said it was on the way. I tried to find out specifically if it was en route, but she was evasive.
It finally arrived 15 minutes later (40 minutes after the requested time). The delivery driver was much more honest and said that if you place an online order you need to call in to let them know. What? Doesn't that sort of defeat the purpose, especially considering there is an extra convenience fee for ordering online.
He admitted that they had totally missed our order and began making it when I called in. He suggested we not order online anymore.
My boss is cool, so he let me take a longer lunch, but the food was disappointing. The portions were fine for the price, but the dishes were mediocre. We both threw our menus in the recycling...
