When I can get what I ordered? The food is amazing. The problem is, I donât know how many times I have put in a mobile order through their app, only to arrive at this location to be told that they donât carry it. Itâll even be on the menu overhead, and theyâll be posters on the windows, but they canât fulfill my order, itâs been discontinued.
The last time this happened, I purchased something that was more expensive than any other comparable item on the menu, a Keylime pie concrete. Despite being on the overhead menu, despite being in their app, they could not fulfill my order. They also stated, that they couldnât refund me. I had to pull teeth to get a refund. I was about ready to call my bank and put a stop payment on it. This location has lost my trust, and basically lost my business as this has happened multiple times.
And one of those times, itâs with a drink selection that every Freddy carries. Sweet tea. This one location, for some inexplicable reason, refuses to make sweet tea while claiming that it has been removed from the menu. That is not true.
This location makes a regular habit of taking orders they canât fulfill, and then giving people the run around about the refund.
That is on top of the consistently poor state of the dining room, despite plenty of staff on hand. I have walked in, and then walked right back out due to how bad the tables have been some days.

   Read moreHate to leave a negative review for one of my favorite burger joints. This location had a horrible odor when we went in. The onion rings tasted funny, like bad oil. The hamburger bun was dry and falling apart, as well as the fixings being thrown on like McDonald's [all in the center without care]. There was empty tables and booths, but none were clean. We wiped down our own table with napkins and water. The manager approached us after we began eating and asked how the meal was. I told him the truth. He said he had changed the oil that morning, so he didn't think it was that. I mentioned the bread, and he acknowledged they had gotten a bad batch from their bakery. It would have been nice to know that when I purchased my order, but he was kind enough to give us some fresh fries, and two cards for 2 combo meals on him. This is a very new location, so we're chalking it up as they haven't found their groove yet.    Read moreIve gone to this location twice since they opened this year and didnât have a problem until today. I was at the drive through waiting for my food for 20 minutes. When I get my order, I check to see if they gave me my correct food items (I always do) I had ordered two chicken tenders kids meals, but one of them had a burger instead of tenders. I told the drive through employee my order was wrongâŚto which he responded that making the correct order would take a few extra minutes and I should go park and wait. At this point I did NOT want to wait any longer and asked for a full refund. The time to process my refund took maybe another 5 minutes. Will not be returning to this location unless employees are further trained in better costumer service and time...
