Haru Sushi & Poke — Restaurant in Aurora

I waited roughly 20 minutes for a poke bowl and one roll. There was one person in front of me waiting for food. Why does it take so long to put together cold raw food? Who knows. There's so little bit of poke in the bowl I can practically count them. The rice is way too mushy for my taste. Felt like I was eating balls of rice instead of grains. I wanted crab salad as a topping for my poke bowl. Either they're too small to see or non-existent. Not fresh fish, then again I'm not surprised. Every time I pass by this place it always empty, maybe people don’t know how good the sushi is!! Had kimbap for the first time and I was so amazed!! Came here last night with my husband and sons. Both the lady at the cash register and the Itamae preparing our food were so kind! They have such a cute shop too. While we did order take out I'd love to come back and dine in. This will definitely be a spot we come back to enjoy from as the food was phenomenal!
