My first time here because my wife spoke highly of it.

My order was wrong. Who puts egg in vegetarian drunken noodles...??

We ordered fried tofu that never came.

The service was horrible. The waitress spent a lot of time flirting with a table of fat men while ignoring our table. Safe to say, I will not come back.

I've never been to a place that seemed so hostile towards a group for no reason.

**I am willing to concede the fact that I may have made a mistake with my order. I did not see egg, however I do not remember enough about the specific item to dispute the owner's assertion that it is specified on the menu.

However, I vehemently dispute the assertion that they respect their customers and treat them like family members. I witnessed them treating their overweight white customers like royalty, while the minority patrons were left waiting for extended periods with no service, and my table in particular received no service beyond taking our order and bringing out the order. My drink was never refilled, we were never checked on at all, and as I mentioned previously, our order of fried tofu was never delivered to the table. Not only that, when my wife went to pay, the woman who took the payment was extremely rude, and none of us did or said anything to anyone there to justify such treatment. My wife and her family had been frequent patrons in the past, and none of us will...

I usually order to go, pad Thai is great, most items are good. Affordable price, good portions. You can tell they typically are take out service as the entrance looks as such. Friendly service, and have to wait a bit but is good. The spring rolls are decent, peanut sauce is a little watered down for my taste and I’ve tried a lot of the other appetizers, egg rolls are standard but fried bananas, fish cakes are a bit rubbery for me. I usually only order the entree anymore. Tom kha tasted weird/off to me so I didn’t finish it, and was very disappointed. Tom kha is one of my favorites. The menu items definitely could use a little refinement for the price. But I still keep ordering the Pad Thai. So as long as that stays good then I will keep my good review up.

Waiting area and reception area seems a little cluttered and not as welcoming. The staff is always friendly so makes up for it. Could use a little revamping to welcome more dine in, usually hardly any ever dining in when I take out, probably due to the welcoming area seeming cold to customers and doesn't invite you...

I work delivery for a third party company. I arrived at this restaurant a little before the pick up time with my bag in hand company logo displayed and explain I'm here for X, the waitress looks at me tells me my order will be out in a few minutes. I sit and wait patiently, 10 minutes go by, take out comes out of the kitchen I hop up saying "X?" the guy bringing it out tells me it's not for me. I wait 5 more minutes rapidly approaching my drop off time so I walk to the counter and repeat the name of my order for the 3rd time. The two employees start talking to each other in a different language repeating my customer's name is the only thing I understand, the guy walks up to the ordering tablet and STARTS TO PUT THE ORDER IN! So not only have you wasted 15 minutes of my time but then the guy tells me it will be out in 15 minutes, meaning if you had bothered to do your job when I got there I would already have gotten the food and left. Don't order deliveries from here they don't care how long you wait, your money means...
