I was recently very disappointed with the service and most likely will not be ordering from Marcos again. I placed an order online as soon as they opened on a Wednesday and was told via the website that it would take 60 minutes. 90+ minutes later, I checked the website tracking to see that it stated that it was suppose to be delivered 30 minutes earlier but was still in the process of being made. I called the main line to get clarification and was told that the driver had left 10 minutes ago (we live pretty close to the location so expected it arrive imminently.) Another 15 minutes passed, checked the online tracker to have it say that now the pizza had been delivered but it was not! Called again and was told that the driver just left and now had three stops ahead and they couldn't estimate how much longer it would take. Now, I understand it's been a tough situation for many companies with staffing, etc. I could understand delays or extended wait times if that was communicated upfront or at least accurately. But considering the website was inaccurate and the phone reps told conflicting information each time that was what was very disappointing. The options presented to me were either to cancel or wait another unknown amount of time to get a new order placed and delivered. We ended up cancelling but not too pleased in how the service was not very apologetic or tried to at least give us better insights into what was...

1/7/22 update. Pizza is great, but the service has gone downhill substantially. ordered a pizza at 740p, it arrived at 926p with a 20% tip. If that's not really slow, I don't know what is. I'll try Dion's, and if theyre in the Same situation, then I'll have frozen pizzas on hand for my hankerings.
8/21/22 update - Dont bother with delivery. Whenever it gets there, you'll be missing items. They make it such a pain to get your missing items or a refund that you just end up settling.
Go to the store and pick it up yourself you say? Well, aside from the fact im paying for items, delivery and i never tip less than 20%, ok. Ive gone to the store when they said it will be ready and still sat there with 20+ other people who were as visibly pissed as I was for over 30 mins beyond the promised "ready" time.
I remember when prices were reasonable and service was good; not just here but anywhere. Its not our (the customers). I dont know if the staff is overworked, underpaid or entitled. Could be any of the 3, but its not our problem to fix. If you have to raise prices to fix it, but we actually get the goods we order, fine.
Ive tried this place twice since my last review, once in person and just now a delivery. Both times sucked. Ill go back to Digornos and Dions.
April 2025 update: decided to try them twice, and both times were missing items from the order. Hard to earn less than 1 star,...
Read moreI recently ordered from Marco's Pizza for our monthly board game day, and I must say, the experience was made exceptional solely thanks to an employee named Darren. Despite the technical issues with the app and website not updating our order status and lack of personnel in the store to complete orders, Darren's professionalism at the store was noteworthy.
I had a sizable order: four pizzas and two orders of cheesy bread. When I arrived for pickup, I observed Darren, as the only employee in the restaurant, skillfully managing each customer with patience and efficiency. His ability to handle a busy store environment and upset customers while ensuring every order, including my large one, was taken care of was impressive.
Not only was the service from Darren commendable, but the food itself was fantastic. Each pizza was well-made, and the cheesy bread was a hit with our group. I really liked the Hawaiian chicken pizza. It was the first time I ordered it and it was great.
Kudos to Darren for his hard work and dedication as the only employee working in the restaurant. It's employees like him that make a customer's experience memorable and he definitely deserves better working conditions. This man deserves a raise! Thank you Darren for all of your hard work! You are the...
