Worst McDonald's I've ever visited. Worst McDonald's Manager I've ever met.
On a prior visit in the evening, we were parked for fresh fries (the fries for my Large Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese Meal were not fresh despite being requested fresh), waited 10 minutes and finally went inside to check on them. The employee's forgot. The Manager working apologized and gave me a Free Meal card.
I came through the next visit and ordered my replacement meal. I ordered the same Large Double Quarter Pounder with cheese meal with Fresh Fries. The Drive Thru area was covered with hoses and a Manager was supervising an Employee scrubbing a window at the busiest point of the lunch rush. We had to pull out sideways from the Drive Thru due to the employees in the way. The combo was Medium size, so we (3 of us in the car, 2 others placed orders and mine was seperate - same car though) told the Manager it wasn't the correct size; it was supposed to be Large.
The Manager looked at the receipt and said "They shouldn't have rung this up to start with, who took your order?" As if I know who his employees are. I started to explain that it was a replacement of the same meal due to an bad experience on a prior visit and he becomes irate, yelling at me that it shouldn't have even been rung up like that and I was lucky to get this meal period. I asked him what his name was so I could call a Manager. "I am the Owner of this McDonald's, you don't need my name." I said I do need your name so I can call a manager, he repeated that he is the Owner of the store, so I said I would call Corporate and he said, "We aren't Corporate, I own this store."
I immediately called their Customer Service number from the receipt, left a voicemail, gave it a week and no response. The first manager handled the situation very well and we were all impressed. This manager turned a fixed situation into a worse experience than it was to start with. All he had to do was speak to us with common courtesy and respect. All the helpline needed to do was call back so I felt my concerns were heard and would be addressed. So instead, here I am on Facebook.

[Pictured is the same Rude Disrespectful Manager outside cramming food in his mouth while Staring down the customers WAITING in the Drive Thru to order/receive breakfast; maybe eat where we don't see you and make us feel like you could be helping move the line...
Read moreWe went through the drive through. It was not busy and we pulled right up to the speaker. We ordered their 2/$4 sandwiches and 6 donut sticks. When we got to the window to pay, they had no record of my order. I had to order again. The woman repeated my order back to me "2 for $4 McMuffin and donut sticks?" "Yes." I pay, I get my receipt and change: "2x $1 Sausage McMuffin & 12 donut sticks." I parked and went in.
It took 5 minutes to give the receipt to the only one person working the counter during breakfast (0930-1000 on a Sunday) and to tell her what was wrong. Her manager told her to just get my order to me and never mind paying the difference in making it correct. 10 minutes later we were told "we are waiting on the donut sticks, sorry." Another 15 minutes pass, I am now late for my appointment. I ask the woman at the register to get my refund because I have now been waiting in the building for 30 minutes with no money and no sign of food. I was asked if I could just take the food instead of the refund-- if I could have had my food, why did I not get it 15 minutes ago? ANOTHER 15 minutes later, another manager came up front to clear a $100 bill for a different customer and asked if I had been helped. ONLY THEN did the manager finally come and give me my refund. I spent almost an hour at the store and I did not even get an apology. No apology, no offer for a little slip for a free sandwich later, nothing.
The customer service at this store is the worst I have experienced. I have spent almost 8 years going across 750,000 miles of US highways in 48 states and this is the worst facility for customer appreciation/care I have...
Read moreOne day humans will be able to directly synthesize nutrients from the sun. However, that time is not today. Or tomorrow. Day after tomorrow? Maybe some preliminary experimentation on mice. But ten or twenty years from now? Who knows. I don't. I'm not a fortune teller. I don't know any either so don't ask. All I can say is tomorrow is another day and it comes after today. I'm not even sure what today has in store for me. Could be anything. Could be similar to what this week was like. Could be spicy, like McDonald's Spicy McChicken for 1 dollar.
Would I stop by here again on a sudden whim, acting on primal urges of hunger and cat like curiosity? Yes. Is it dangerous to act so impulsively? Yes, incredible so. But did I die? Somewhat, but not all way. Luckily there was a state of the art restroom here, perfect for removing the stains of difficult to remove evidence. I would recommend this facility to anyone in the vicinity. These washrooms are better than any bathroom I've ever used in any house or apartment I've lived in. Have I thought about barricading myself in and living in a McDonald's bathroom? Yes— I mean, it's highly logical. I could live off of dollar Spicy McChickens, and free water. Then sleep in a hammock directly over the motion sensitive facet with fast flowing water good enough for any old shower. I'm assuming it's rent and utility free plus free WiFi, so all in all an attractive offer I am seriously considering.
5/5 because I wasn't charged for water, unlike a certain other fast food chain with an outdated monarchy. Get...
