Went throught the drive through today,ordered chicken nuggets and a large iced carmal macchiato with two extra shots of espresso. So when I got my coffee it was made wrong because I didn't have the two extra shots in it so I asked the lady in the drive thru about it and she rolled her eyes at me then said want me to remake it and I said yes then some guy comes out without my coffee and I explained to him eventually tried to have the person I was on the phone with try to explain it also because he wasnt understanding. Then he brings me an empty cup. At this point I've been wait for 25 mins then he go's back in to make my coffee so then I wait for about 20 morr mins then my coffee finally comes out without the extra shots in it and the manger thinking it's funny then after I get mad and get into with her and she tells me she was unaware of it suppose to have the extra shots no one told her or it would have been made right and apologize to me then told me to come back tomorrow and they would refund me told her to just keep my money because it's every time I come here someone has to get mad and roll there eyes or run there mouths and my coffee is never right.she told me that wasn't right well it's not right for me to show up and have to deal with rude people and still not get anything but I should have just went to the one in Mt Vernon like I've been having to do because this location can never make anything right or I'm missing food. Read moreI just went through the drive through at the aroura McDonald's location located on Elliot street.. it was not busy by any means... I ordered two McChicken and two bacon double cheese burgers, pulled up and paid at the first window and went to the Second window to get my food... The girl there asked us to pull forward and at my last visit here doing this they lost my food and made me late for work so I simply said I'd rather not... The girl leaves the window and gets another girl who said we could take our money refunded back to us and leave, I asked if there was a store manager in to speak to, she said no... I asked for cooperates number she said to go get it online ourselves, then threw our refund back into the vehicle. I asked for her name and was told I didn't need it...... I became very irritated so I went inside and low and behold there is a supervisor standing rite there so as I'm beginning to tell her the issue this girl is walking behind her mouthing and cursing twords me under her breath, ... The supervisor was fairly friendly yet didn't help out the paying customer at all, and I finally had to just leave because the little girl was deathstaring me then began mouthing me once again as she was at a register with another customer.... When did the work ethics become so low with there standards that this makes it ok to treat peoe like this anyware?? Then for the supervisor to not even try and make it rite ... But to make excuses for the employee ... Totally...
Read moreThis is the second time in the last 3 months (mind you the only two times I’ve been to Aurora McDonald’s) that I have had to argue to get the rest of my food. My first experience was back on graduation night May 16th - several other women & I had an employee cuss us for coming in to get our food/refund after an hour wait. Manager claimed to be short staffed that night & that they didn’t have the manpower - while in the mean time we were placed in spot “2.5” not even in a legit pull spot because “they don’t think it’d be that long”
Tonight when going through - I checked my food and was missing half my order again - when attempting to retrieve my food that I paid for the doors were locked. All before time that they should been. Another vehicle was pulled in spot 1 and had been waiting 30 minutes & had yet to receive their food. The other customer & I both tried to knock on the window- no help & ignored. When attempting to call the store all we could get is a busy signal on multiple occasions. We finally were able to get our food after some digging & other contacts were made. After speaking with the manager Keanu we were told they were short staffed once again and that he was trying his best. Tonight being light the night in aurora it should’ve had plenty of staff working in preparation for this. It’s absolutely ridiculous that we’ve been through this twice now.
