First off I would like to say I love Pizza hut. Matter of fact this is my very first job when I was 16 years old same Pizza Hut. Hence why I am extremely disappointed with the food and the service and the manager at this location. Last Saturday, I ordered a regular size pan crust extra chicken with barbecue sauce on the top. My total came to $22.41. So when my pizza got here, I opened it and was immediately disappointed and disgusted. So when I opened it, the chicken on there looked extremely spares and not only that it looked like pineapple.What I had received. I showed it to the driver before he left and he even looked at it looked at my receipt and agreed that was not what I paid $22.41 for. He gave me the number to call to the store since all of a sudden now here lately Pizza Hut now outsources their phone calls. I call the store and ask to speak to a manager. The manager gets on the phone, I'm telling her about my situation with my food, she puts me on hold. So when she comes back on the line, she tells me she wouldn't talk to the Cook and the cook said that he make the food correctly. Well of course if your boss is asking you hey did you make this pizza correctly you're going to say yes. Honestly I just wanted to have my pizza done the correct way I wasn't going to complain or anything. But the manager told me the only thing that she can offer me for my $22.41 pizza that was not made correctly and she can give me a $5 credit towards my next pizza. You really think I'm going to order from you guys again for a pizza that you guys messed up and charged me 22 dollars Unfortunately I was at work during the time so I wasn't able to leave and go up there and show myself. I got off of work I went straight over there. None of the pizza had been touched nothing. The manager that was there, I took the pizza and I showed him. By this time it's already late and I just wanted my money back. He goes and he calls his boss, his boss says I've already talked to her and I offered her a five dollar credit and that's all that we can do. So I said okay not a problem. I have tons of views on my reviews. So I told them not a problem I am going to give you guys a bad bad review on Google and on Yelp. So I totally doubt that anybody from their management or from corporate because they will tell you if you want the corporate number there isn't one it's going to see this. Because everybody uses a bot now instead of getting in touch with the people themselves. (all along with the other 500 bad reviews.) so sure to finish my rent and my rave on my review about this Pizza Hut, don't go there it's a waste of money management sucks and they probably need to either fire everybody to start over and teach them how to make the food correctly or just shut the business down because y'all are not going to be getting any more business. Because I really wanted to give zero stars but if I would have did that I would not have been able to post so yeah this Pizza Hut sucks and it'll be nice if somebody actually got in touch with your customers to let them know that you care because you guys will be out of business...
Read moreAWFUL! We wish we had read the reviews BEFORE placing an order for delivery! We ordered a large 3 topping pizza & a chocolate chip cookie pie (we had a coupon for $16.99 for both items). We also added on 16 wings. The total came to OVER $42! How does that happen? What kind of additional charges are they attaching? We ordered around 5:45 pm & told delivery time would be 45 minutes. By 6:45 pm, our food had still not arrived. We called the store & we were told they were running a bit late and she apologized. I asked if our food had even left the store? I was told that it had & it should be at our door any minute. Needless to say, it was not! We called back ANOTHER 20 minutes later & was told the food had JUST LEFT! I asked why I was then told 20 minutes earlier that it had already left? She put me on hold & when she came back, told me she could give me a store credit for the next time I order! I told her that was NOT acceptable, as we would NOT ever be ordering from this location again. She became very curt & distant & asked me what I expected them to do about it? I told her that we expected compensation off THIS order! She said she would ask her manager and she put me on hold again. This time I waited for over 5 minutes. When the manager got on the phone, he asked what the issue was? I was so mad, I asked him if he was kidding? He made it sound as if the girl I had been dealing with, didn't tell him what was happening. He then told me the best he could do, was give us 30% off! Whilst on the phone with him, the delivery driver showed up. We told the driver of the discount the manager had given us and he politely gave us our food. This driver was the ONLY saving grace for this entire store! He calmly understood our frustration. Unfortunately, the drivers get the brunt of the angry customers, as they are the only one to be seen in person. BTW... our pizza was NOT as we had ordered it! Avoid this store at all costs! They have no concern for their customers or take responsibility for their errors. This would have NEVER escalated to the point it did, if they would have given us accurate information regarding the delivery when we called back the 2nd time. Read moreUPDATED REVIEW Chose to go back, big mistake. Waited on hold for 15 minutes, nobody came back. Called again, was sent to a call center. The lady asked me what location I was trying to place an order at and after 5 minutes of her not being able to figure it out, I told her I would just order in store. Get to the store, they tell me it will be 30 minutes. I leave, come back 30 minutes later. The lady who took my order saw me walk in and said to the manager, she is the one with the personal pizza and pointed to the pizzas that were ready. The manager tells me that it's not ready yet. As I go to sit down, he complains to me, "Ugh, I hate babysitting. I'm the GM from another location, filling in." Way to be professional. About 10 minutes later, he tells me, "I found the ham pizza, we just need to add pineapple." I inform him that mine was pepperoni and he looked the most confused I think I've ever seen anyone look. He responds with, "Oh, uhhhh, wrong person." We are now at the hour mark and he says, "I dont even know what name is on your order..." Then he says, "Oh, they must have just put this here" which was a bold faced lie because not one single worker ever came to the front aside from him. So I guarantee the pizza the lady pointed at when I arrived was in fact mine. Also, while I was waiting, they chose to shut down delivery because "there weren't even people".
ORIGINAL REVIEW We ordered a pizza for lunch and arrived 20 minutes after we ordered it online. When we arrived they told us it would be 5 more minutes, which easily turned into 20 more. We get home, pizza is very dry with little to no sauce on it. I look at my receipt and realize there was a mistake with the price and called up there to get it corrected. The lady who answered said she was going to get the manager. She came back on the phone and told me, "My manager Jeff said we were too backed up, just call customer service."...
