Cheap American Tacos??? Best thing I can say. UPDATE: 8/3/22... AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!! (and most in the area honestly). They shut their doors for many months and would open up sporadically from time to time because they cannot keep it staffed with good employees....Corporate REFUSES to pay their employees a living wage too...still. They have recently opened back up the last few days. I received 2 doordash orders and watched customer after customer receive the orders they placed right then....MIND YOU that doordash orders etc. come in 10+ mins BEFORE I arrive anywhere. The employees pretty much ignored me and I had to ask them 3x for the deliveries and remind them. THIS PLACE IS STILL TRASH...IT'S SERVICE....IT'S CARELESS EMPLOYEES AND CORPORATE AS A WHOLE....IT'S NOT GETTING ANY BETTER! When you have to wait 30+ mins from the time the order comes in to the time it goes out the door SOMETHING IS VERY, VERY WRONG. DO NOT GO HERE....YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
UPDATE: 8/5/21... I was told by an employee tonight....that they only have 2 employees working tonight....2. They have had a now hiring banner, signs, and flyers in meals now for WEEKS because people are not even trying to work. Corporate needs to offer more per hour. The 2 poor employees (kids honestly) Don't deserve to take most of the blame hour after hour. Tonight they put cones in the drive thru because it was too much for them. Someone took them down right before I got in line and people were frustrated and stuck. When the 2 employees came out the back door (likely done for the night) one screamed in frustration as she realized that she now needed to direct traffic. SHAME ON TACO...
Read moreIt is unfortunate no stars is not an option. I go through the drive-thru, order, I review my order on the board. It's correct. I get my order. I drive home. My order is not correct. I asked for no creamy jalapeno sauce on my quesadilla. It's disgusting. I take a bite of my quesadilla and guess what's in it. I call back and speak to Ashley. Ashley takes down my information. I give her my order number. She tells me that I can come and have it remade but that I have to come inside. I asked her why and she said because the drive-thru is for drive-thru orders not remakes. I told her it was not my fault that they messed up my order and that I am a 100% disabled veteran. Ashley proceeds to ask me if I have someone that can help me? (REALLY ASHLEY IS THAT YOUR BUSINESS!!??) Don't I have someone that can come in for me? Do I know that can help me, then ahe says there is a handicap parking spot by the door, if that's the issue. No that is not my issue. My issue is I should not have to get out of my car and go inside because someone did not read the board correctly and put nasty creamy jalapeno sauce all over my quesadilla. Ashley interrupted me, Ashley talked over me, Ashley argued with me. I even asked Ashley. Really this is how you're going to resolve the situation. Make me come inside when I have expressed to you that I am a disabled veteran. She said I'm offering to remake your quesadilla but yes you will have to come inside. She proceeds to tell me that she's not going to argue with me anymore and hangs the phone up. As long as I have breath in my body, I will never be a customer of yours...
Read more9/2/22, 7pm. Honestly, one of the worst fast-food experiences ever. I know, it's fast food, expectations should be low but this was remarkably bad. Took over 45 minutes to get food and I was 3rd from the order board. I was stuck as someone pulled up behind me or I would have left. Not an exaggeration, over 45 minutes for like 5 cars. Order taker was nice but kept saying "I don't know if we have that" and apparently couldn't find out or even ask someone. at the window, 45+ minutes later I watched a customer bring a bag of food up to the front counter, trade it for a different bag with an employee and then that bag was given to me. When I asked if that customer had this bag she said "no, it was just on the counter". meanwhile all the other drive through bags are being prepped right by the window, not the counter. I accepted the bag, looked and saw a quesadilla and the right number of items and left. Got home and literally the only correct item was a chicken quesadilla. Had 3 other items that I didn't order at all. Also asked for "no sauce", it's on the receipt even, but the bag came with approximately 30 fire sauces... and zero napkins. The whole time waiting at the window there was one employee standing at window doing nothing and one employee dancing, doing nothing. No one even commented on taking 45 minutes, no apology, no urgency. I tried calling on speaker for 30 minutes while I ate random items that weren't half as good as the items I ordered, it just rings and disconnects. It's taco bell, my standards are low, but man was this...
