If I could give less stars I would ... Absolutely horrid experience, zero customer service and blatant disrespect for their customers who aren’t Spanish speaking. We not only waited for over 30 minutes to even be acknowledged after finishing the chips and salsa ... other tables seated after us (Spanish speaking) were getting their food ... as the two servers inside were busy going to and from every table except for mine, I started to question wether our appetizer had been put in ... so I asked, and they responded that it will be out soon. That was a seemingly false statement as it was at least another 20 minutes before we confronted them about our appetizer ... AN APPETIZER! so if I’m painting the picture correctly here, we sat and ordered and waited ... were ignored ... watched other tables acquire their food ... when we decided to ask again 45 minutes later, they said the main course would be out in 15 (as if that’s a perfectly normal timeframe) we asked about our appetizer, and they said it’s coming right out. I than looked at my guest and we agreed to leave. They charged us full price for all the food and told us “thank you for understanding that it was busy in the kitchen” no, we do not accept your apology. I understand that we don’t speak Spanish, but to completely ignore us because we can’t engage in the language ... right in front of us ... than to tell us it’s totally normal for the kitchen to be backed up and that over an hour to acknowledge that it’s taking longer is okay to you ... I’m...

I went to meet a friend for dinner here last Monday night. I had high expectations because people are saying the food was so good. We sat down and they brought chips and salsa. We ate the salsa pretty quick but it was never refilled. Not sure if that’s normal or not. We didn’t know what we wanted right away, so the waitress told us she would give us a few minutes to look at the menu. Those few minutes turned into 45 minutes. People came in after us, ordered, got food, and left before we even placed our order. Once we ordered and got the food, it wasn’t that great. It was mediocre. I ordered the ground beef smothered burrito. The ground beef was bland and very greasy. I took 3/4 of it home to my hubby. I told him he could have the leftovers because it wasn’t that great. I’m NOT a food sharer so this speaks volumes. One of the ladies I was with is avoiding dairy and nightshade veggies because she’s nursing a baby with GERD. She wanted to get the mushroom burger and they told her they couldn’t make it because they didn’t have mushrooms. This is at 6:00 at night. How do you not have mushrooms? It’s not like this item is super popular. Don’t put food on your menu that you don’t have ingredients...

We have been going here for a while now and this is by far the worst customer service we have EVER received. I ordered a meal that I did not receive correctly, I explained to the waitress. She pointed at the picture and said that was what I ordered. I explained that the description was different. She took the plate, threw it under the counter and said "Don't worry... I'll take it off "sweetheart" (needless to say she said is sarcastically). We then asked for an extra plate to share the other meal...she basically threw it at us. I then get my bill and she still charged me for a meal that I didn't even eat. She said she never said she would take it off our bill. How is this possible that someone would act like this to regular (twice weekly) customers. The other waitress then told me to contact the owner later today. Sad to say... We will never go in there again and we will not recommend anyone...
