Don't believe the five star reviews - I have to assume they ask their employees and family/friends to put fake reviews up.
I've lived in this area for 3 years. First few times weren't bad. We'd use the app, wait a little while, get some mid tier food, go home. Orders were mostly right.
Then, I don't know if the franchise changed hands, or if they just stopped caring completely.
The "#NAME" is on their way with your food!" message that shows up on the screen is always a lie. I'm pretty sure they're told to hit "order ready" on their side to keep from screwing with their metrics. But the order is never ready.
We've ordered blasts, seen "on their way with your food!", and then watched them PUT THE BLASTS ON THE WINDOW AND LEAVE THEM FOR HALF AN HOUR! When I finally walk up to their door and ask where our order is, they strugglebus for another ten minutes, and then hand us the same cups. I hope anyone reading this is aware that ice cream melts. They did not give us replacements, or even APOLOGIZE.
It seems like every order they're required to get something wrong. Using the app, using the pull-in stalls, using the drive through, doesn't matter. The correct order will show up on screen, but what is in your bag when you receive it will still have something missing / something you asked them to not add.
Today, we waited at the drive through for over five minutes, with a line slowly building up behind us. Never any acknowledgement that there were cars there, no "can I take your order?" Blank screen and silence.
I pull into one of the spaces and press the button. "Is your drive through broken? We were waiting for over five minutes." "No it's working fine. Do you want to order?" AGAIN, NOT SO MUCH AS AN APOLOGY?
All right fine, whatever, I'm hungry. Sure, I'll place the order. MULTIPLE TIMES the employee talked over me. "Do you want anything else?" Three times, and I had only managed to get out two items! I finally said "I am still ordering, I have more items I want to order, I will let you know when I am done ordering." I try to continue my order, only to be interrupted with "Do you want anything else?"
During all this - while I'm in the pull-in stall, that I had to be at just to get acknowledged by an employee? Their SPRINKLER SYSTEM IS BLASTING WATER AT WINDOW LEVEL AT MULTIPLE STALLS.
I have given this place so many opportunities to not suck. I want it to not suck. It's one of the closest fast food places to our house. But they make a conscious, concerted effort to be as pleasant as a used baby diaper soaked in kerosene and then set on fire.
Oh, and don't bother calling the number or using the bit ly link that "the owner" provides in their responses. They won't give you a refund, they won't even give you a free meal. They'll give you some one-time discount code to go back and be disappointed...
Read moreOrdered through the app. Got there, checked in, order processed for a good 10-15 minutes before it said the staff member was on their way with our food. Two route 44 sized sweet green tea were not in fact sweet green tea, both were supposed to be no ice, mine had ice. My husband's combo was fine. Mine however, I ordered a super sonic bacon double with just ketchup and mayo due to allergies. I received a sonic cheese burger with everything on it, no second patty, no bacon, hello allergy ingredient! We also had the deep fried oreo ala mode, we got the oreos, not the ice cream. We went back and got the ice cream not knowing the rest of it was messed up. Called after I found out, we don't live in the area so going back wasnt gonna happen. I get my info written down and am told to come back and they'll replace the order. A couple weeks went by, called again to see if we could still get the meal replaced, we were told to come on down. Manager with an attitude couldn't find me at first then told my husband he could give half off on the order and that was it. Husband says we're calling corporate and thanks for wasting our time, manager says you're welcome have a great night. We call corporate, they have supposedly escalated to someone over the drive in manager but we still haven't heard anything. Never again, I'd rather drive to the restaurant another town in the opposite direction than this one.
Please get staff at the manager level who care about their product and customer...

Tried to order a chicken kids meal for my granddaughter, an x-small shake and a small shake in one of the drive up stalls. The guy didn't understand what we were trying to order so came out to see, with his cell phone in hand because apparently that's more important than anything else. He didn't know what our total would be so then went back to his register and came up with a total of $7.86 which we knew wasn't correct but for some reason he couldn't hear us. He came out with a small shake and the kids meal (forgetting the x-small), we told him to forget about the other shake and gave him $20.00. He said "thanks and have a nice day" without giving us change or saying he'd be right back with it. We had to tell him we needed our change. He came back with $12.08 (supposed to be $12.14) & the .08 was given in all pennies, so this was the final straw. My son went in to complain to the manager and this guy had been doing this all day! Hope other people have better luck...
