They charged me too much for my food. Ordered a 10 piece meal large and was charged $21.36. Wasn't offered a receipt and no employee told me my total but didn't think much of it at the time. Was checking my bank today and saw the charge today. I was already not going to come back to this location for several reasons but I was going to leave it at that until I saw the employees charged me roughly double. So here's the story: When I pulled around to the pick up window I was a bit surprised to see 5 employees just standing around joking with each other, ignoring me for a moment to finish whatever they were talking about. Honestly not a huge deal, it was late and slow, most of the employees appeared new. Once I was acknowledged an employee handed me my drink and closed the window right after. I then sat there for a few minutes and I noticed a couple of the employees giving me weird looks like I was interrupting their fun time. After waiting a while and getting stared at one of the employees opened the window and in an annoyed tone asked me why I was still there. I informed them that I was still waiting for my order. They closed the window and I heard the employee shout that I was still waiting for my order which was apparently funny to them because they all started laughing loud enough to hear through the closed window. While waiting I saw one employee reach into the ice box, bare handed, and grab a piece of ice. Popped the cube into their mouth, put their hand back in the ice box, then pulled it out to grab my food and hand it to me. At this point I had already began drinking my soda and while I debated refusing the food and asking for a refund because this kitchen clearly didn't care for cleanliness and food safety I was hungry so I just took my food and left. Read moreA few things made this drive-thru experience quite terrible. ~I waited in line for close to 40 minutes. ~The cashier/order taker straight up could not for the life of him understand my order. I had to correct him several times and I quickly understood this was a big reason why the line took so long. ~Arriving at the window, he told me window 1 but this was wrong, so I went to window 2. (I admit there's a chance I misheard, but I explicitly remember thinking "huh, they usually ignore the first window nowadays") small thing but I waited for a couple minutes, so this only added to the time I was there. ~Arriving at the second window, the cashier 100% had earbuds in. No wonder he couldn't understand me and why it took so long, he was listening to music. Even further, the assist-coworker he had, she also had earbuds in. ~The cashier then started to argue with the person he was taking the next order from. It was very clear he was being defensive/blaming, saying the next people misunderstood him and he was correcting them over the miscommunication. This interaction lasted around a minute.. ~Can't say for certain but this is Colorado, and also fast food. The dude was freakin high. He stumbled on his words and was very spacy. A third employee, only one without earbuds, had to help him figure out what was going on as far as button pushing. ~The customer ahead of me had to return to the window, apparently he was a doordasher, and the cashier forgot part of 2 separate orders. ~all in all I was there for over an hour. Read moreSo damn slow. My husband, step son, and I have been sitting here for over 20 minutes waiting for a biggie bag and a small frosty. We came in and someone was complaining about their order (a small amount of chili was given to him and he spent X amount of money on his order) and I was asked to use kiosk. The kiosk doesn’t take deals on the app (I tried twice).
While ordering employee had an earbud in and as I’m watching the other orders get made he still has it in. And it’s like he had to focus more on what he was doing.
I heard two people who waited either same time as us if not longer say they wanted their money back. Ive come when they are busy and I’ve gotten my food faster than what it took today.
Got the food after 20 minutes frosty was over flowing. Kinda glad I didn’t spend anymore money like I was planning to.
Update:Just got home and my stepsons fries were cold and frosty was slightly melted. Trying to call and no one is answering. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE
