This Wendy’s has always been good but in the last 2 months I’ve had THE WORST experience with your staff here the main highlight of the situation here was that your cook served me a fresh patty on top of an older patty when they just made my sandwich incorrectly and then I tell them about it and they wanna have attitude with me, you need to properly train your people about food safety handling because working in and establishment like this and not handling foods correctly you can make a lot of people sick or feeling ill and if your cooks are all foreign or don’t speak English you need to get someone in the building who can’t translate for them or speak to them in there language so they aren’t out here making people sick cause there mishandling the food. And the little older oriental woman there needs to check her attitude she has glasses and she wanted to cock attitude when I told her what was going on and asked her for my change back she like “how did you pay?” You people JUST SAW ME DONT PLAY DUMB AND MAKE ME EVEN FURTHER UPSET they probably thought this review was never gonna hit there store but here I am finally letting them and whoever in ln corporate SEES this and lets them know this entire situation was UNACCEPTABLE SOMETHING BETTER BE DONE ABOUT THIS. I wish I could gave Wendy’s negative stars. I drove through the drive-thru to pick up my order that I made directly from Wendy’s app. Anna asked me my name and I told her it was MiShael B. I got home when I found out I received a DoorDash for Michael O. I returned to the same store and tried to get my correct order but was threatened by Anna and mocked for asking for my order. I was told my name was irrelevant and proceeded to call me Michael though out the time she was talking to me. I show them my receipt multiple times and she proceeded to tell me I have to go to DoorDash to get my refund or food. She threatened to call the cops saying she deals with “people like me all the time” and she was going to get me arrested for asking for my food. She preceded to make threatening jesters and comments because I asked for my food AND has a receipt. She asked her co-workers to ignore me and take other customers' orders instead of helping me after 30mins of asking for my food, a refund, or corporate’s REAL number another worker who was on break came up and helped me out. Wendy’s [store number #855] has shown its twisted ways of handling customers of color. As a black female, I should not be threatened or treated differently when asking for my correct order. Went in yesterday and really had to use the restroom, had my son's get out the car disregaring my eldest urgently requesting to stay in the car place my order then go to a trashed bathroom. As I'm coming out the manager is there by the bathroom. I say hi, your bathroom needs some attention she responds by telling me its always like that because people trash it. Long story short we get our drink and was processing to leave then she speaks to my eldest about an altercation that happened there years ago but supposedly he was banned. Firstly, this is your establishment, your place of work of which your deemed manager over, how dare you tell me an excuse as to why your bathroom looks like that, maybe it is true and maybe that just happened and you were unaware but as a head person in charge your response should have been more customer satisfaction tailored. Secondly why are you arguing with a child???? Yes, I told her she should have addressed me or whomever she thought the child was with to explain he was banned, and your actions are very unprofessional. I can assure you that when he is with me non of what happened would happen again but I do understand why my son did what he did.
