(DO NOT GO HERE) this is our first time going here and we took awhile to look over there menu. on the back of the menu there is a section for "mocktails" my wife is a very well experienced bartender she is 6 months very much pregnant and wanted to order a mocktail which is non alcoholic this was the first thing she ordered when approached by waitress she ordered a Paloma mocktail when it came i smelled it and it reeked of alcohol so i tasted it which it had alcohol in it good thing i tried it before she had a chance to or there would be a lawsuit involved. Im also a recovering alcoholic so for me to have to taste liquor in my wifes drink had me very upset I understand this is a draft house we went to try out a new food experience to see what the quality of food they had. Also i over heard the waitress telling the manager that my wife did not mention it would be a mocktail but that was the first word to come out my wifes mouth and she also pointed to it on the menu while mentioning "mocktail paloma with Tajin on rim"
After the fact of the manager approached our table he asked if everything was okay I explained to him the situation he can tell i was very upset and wanted to make things right if my wife had drank a alcoholic beverage there wouldn't have been no fixing the situation so i paid for the Caesar salad with a $20 bill and left without saying anything. The manager ran after me and my wife im guessing he thought we didn't pay then i told him i left money on the table for the salad and walked to my car. we didnt even get our entrees yet which is the sad part didnt get the food experience we wanted. Which started a argument with me and my wife bc she was hungry and so was i hadn't eatten yet.
also we were NOT id by the waitress if we were to order a alcoholic drink which is very unprofessional we both look very young i am 25 and...
Read moreCame on a Saturday night with my family. It was our first time here, and while the place was clearly busy, what stood out most was the exceptional leadership from the manager, T. Honestly, this would’ve been a 2-star experience due to the long wait times and our server being stretched thin—but T completely turned it around.
He didn’t just stop by our table for a quick check-in. He gave us his full attention, made us feel truly welcomed, and you could see him actively directing his staff and supporting the team under pressure. As a business owner myself, I know how challenging it is to lead effectively in high-stress environments, and I have to give credit where it’s due.
The food was absolutely delicious, and thanks to T, the overall experience felt personal and memorable. This won’t be my last visit. Good leadership really does make all...
Read moreThis was my first time at this location. I will say our waiter was horrible. And our food and drinks took forever to come out. I had to ask for my drink 2 times. I ordered wings and fries. I was done eating my wings when the fries came out. We sent them back. Which prompted a manger to come over. We talked to the manager who gave us two gift cards to use to compensate us for our horrible service. When trying to pay the cards wouldn’t work. And the manager we talked to was nowhere to be found. So, we had another manager come over. He came out with an apron as if he was working in the kitchen. His name was Jesus. He figured out the issue and listen to what happened and decided to compensate us completely for all our meals without us asking. With the way Jesus handled the issue, I would go back and give them...
