My friend and I had a very pleasant experience. We came on a Wednesday around 10:30am and there was no wait, coffee was good, and we had no problem finding a place to sit. It wasn’t life-changing coffee and it was a little on the pricey side, but I’ve definitely paid more at other Austin coffee shops around town so I wasn’t too bothered. The customer service needs to be improved. There needs to be a way for customers to know their drinks are ready, and drinks need to be labeled. Such a fun concept! The setup has great energy, and the barista was super friendly and welcoming. The coffee was decent—nothing mind-blowing, but definitely enjoyable.
