Short Stop — Restaurant in Austin

DO NOT visit this location. The first time I stopped by at this Short Stop, I got hit on by the kids that were working inside (I was at the drive-through). One girl inside the kitchen even literally said to me "hey my friend likes you, cam he have your phone number" so I was beyond shocked at the unprofessionalism of those kids. The second time I went, which was today (Saturday night) was out of convenience since I was in the area. Here is what happened:

disorderly and rude staff (cashier looked at me like she was going to beat me up) rude "greeting" at the drive-through manager handling money while handling/touching the food with bare hands, no gloves were used did not give me what I ordered, even though I clearly stated I did NOT want certain things in my meal, they got my drink wrong as well and added ice when I clearly said no ice since I have tooth sensitivity with ice food was so bland and over-filled with mayo, soggy burger no ketchup was given

I called. "Do you still have fish dinners." "Yes, we do." I walked there, arriving 5 minutes later. Ordered a fish dinner, chicken tenders, and a burger. After waiting 5 minutes, "Sorry, no more fish dinners." Only resolution offered was money back on what they couldn't give me. I could see the other things were ready. They would rather throw those things in the trash than comp something small, like the burger, for my troubles. Nathan, you are not manager material. You lost a customer from the neighborhood. Your owner may not care now, but I guarantee you that your owner will care when P-Terrys opens a couple blocks away. The only chance Short Stop has against P-Terrys is loyalty. I absolutely love this place My family and I really enjoy their food and fast service, employees are always customer friendly although today the 1st of June was the first time I ever had a bad experience with the customer service I apologize for my complicated order due to my allergy she said it doesn't matter all customers want something different it can never just be a simple Burger I apologize to her cuz it made me feel terrible she said no worries.
