My family and I literally just walked out this is the second time we are disgusted. One of the girl was literally picking her nose and didn’t even wash her hands and started laughing with her co workers another was acting like he was waving a fart from the same girl it’s so disgusting the place is a mess. All the jars with the sprinkles are filthy . Girls with long nails touching your ice cream so unsanitary and last time I had to pay extra because the chocolate covered cone I had was missing chocolate from the sides, how is that my fault? I have no idea how this place has 4.3 stars. First we walk in and the two employees that are there are just sitting there on their phones, and after a couple of minutes of no greeting or acknowledgement I look over to see the two playing rock paper scissors for who has to help us. Worst Baskin Robbins I have been to ever. Won't let you try any of there ice cream before you buy it. Tried to pay for a $40 order and wouldn't allow us to pay with a $50. The whole experience was horrible. I understand COVID but you are handing everyone a spoon with ice cream that they throw away. It doesn't go back dirty across the counter so what is the big deal??
