🌴 Cabana Club: Our Go-To Austin Spot 🌴

If you haven’t hit up the Cabana Club on E 7th yet, you’re seriously missing out. This place is like our second home—whether we’re there for a laid-back morning or a night out with friends, it’s always the right choice.

Chill Setup: Let’s start with the space. Inside, it’s got that cozy, “kick your feet up” vibe—perfect for hanging out or getting some work done. They have seriously catered to the work from home set up. Open at 7am for your morning coffee and have dropped power blocks so wherever you sit, you can plug your computer in. For us, we find this to be a game changer when it comes to working remotely. Outside, it’s all about those poolside feels. Shaded spots, plenty of seating, and a pool that just calls your name. They nailed the whole indoor-outdoor thing, making it impossible not to relax.

Music for Everyone: The music here is always on point. During the week, they bring in some awesome local artists who keep the vibe just right. Then, come the weekend, the DJs take over, and the place turns up a notch. Whether you’re into live tunes or need a beat to dance to, Cabana Club’s got you covered.

Top-Notch Bar: Now, let’s talk drinks. 2 bars (indoor and outdoor). The bartenders here know their stuff. They mix up some killer cocktails and also booze free drinks... not everyone drinks and I totally get it. Love that they are appealing to all crowds... no judgement here. Plus, they’re just cool people—no pretentiousness, just good drinks and good vibes.

Amazing Staff: The staff here makes all the difference. From management to the folks serving up the drinks, everyone’s just… real. They remember your name, your drink, and they make you feel like you’re part of the crew. It’s the kind of hospitality that’s hard to find these days.

Bring Your Pups: And yes, it’s totally dog-friendly. Inside, and outdoor patio/courtyard —your dogs are welcome, and that’s just one more reason we love this place. It’s great knowing we can bring our four-legged friends along for the fun.

Always Something Happening: There’s never a dull moment at Cabana Club. They’ve always got something going on, whether it’s live music, special events, or just a great crowd. The variety keeps things interesting, and it’s one of the reasons we keep coming back.

The Yum Yum: They have rotating food trucks which is great from a variety side and also a kitchen inside (Grey's Kitchen) that puts out some of the best food ever. My fav is the Cabana Club Sandwich which comes on sourdough!

All in all, Cabana Club is where we go when we want to feel at home while having a good time. They’ve got the perfect mix of chill and fun, and the way they treat their guests keeps us coming back again and again. If you’re looking for your next favorite spot, this is it!

PS: you might be wondering if this is a fake review... no it's not. My boyfriend and I LOVE this place and come all the time! Hope to see you there sometime...

We came here for the F Work Friday pool party advertised on insta, it was low key a scam. Overall this place is kind of tacky. It’s advertised as $3/beer but you have to go inside to get them, which is literally a cafe/coffee shop vibe with people fully clothed on laptops. You can’t get the $3 drinks at the poolside bar. It says cabanas/daybeds but they fail to mention that you must pay for them and they are not included. The pool was TINY, you could mistake it for a baby pool, it was PACKED. Millennials only as well, several are still on laptops by the pool but getting drunk. Seems like a good remote work spot but over all the ESTABLISHMENT IS GIVING IDENTITY CRISIS. Are we a laptop coffee shop? a cocktail bar? a pool/beach theme club? I really couldn’t tell you and i don’t know if they could either. This would have been such a great place but it seemed as if they spent the whole budget on decorating the interior which is super cute thankfully, but the pool area looks like they ran out of money. They just couldn’t let go of the coffee/cocktail/pool all in one concept. The DJ was good on the bright side, he definitely kept us from leaving before we wanted to, he had great house/chill day music, and over a great sound system too. I feel as if this place could have been fantastic but the budget was just poorly distributed/ they’re trying to do too much...
