I was very disappointed. I brought my wife here (her request) for her first meal out of the house since having our newborn daughter. We chose chilis to go to for our first alone outing together since the baby and it was quite a mess we almost left in the beginning probably should have. So we ordered the dip trio for appetizer but our food came out before chips and dip. So we ended up just canceling it the dips since our meal was already there. Food took a while to get to us. And when it did it wasn’t even hot. Warm at best. So I’m assuming it had been ready for a while and sitting. My steak wasn’t cooked the way I asked. My wife asked for extra ranch initially but waiter forgot which is ok. We just asked again. But then we waited and waited and asked again. And AGAIN before finally getting it after third flag down and request. I didn’t complain about the steak or temp of the food. We really didn’t want to be problematic we were honestly just trying to enjoy a meal out together as new parents. The thing that got me most was it wasn’t even busy or crowded. A pretty calm Sunday night I’d say. Calm enough for the servers to just be chilling hanging out talking to each other and our waiter flirting and getting girls phone numbers after we repeatedly kept begging for a tiny cup of ranch. That he just couldn’t focus long enough to retrieve. Our waiter was very kind and polite I really don’t understand what the deal was. He just was not with it that night. Maybe too focused on the ladies. Which I get it. But dang dude I was trying to treat my wife and it’s freaking chilis 🙄 maybe I should’ve done better and picked a different restaurant. But they’re not that cheap $60 bucks after tip. Tip I didn’t really want to even leave. Oh bc after knowing he messed up bad with the ranch bc we ended up asking someone else for it on the last request and he came rushing over he offered a comp molting cake. So we accepted. Figured it would probably take a little while as well like everything else but he brought it out immediately after we got the ranch finally. So then we’re rushing to finish our food quickly before the ice cream melted on the sundae. It was just a mess. Very disappointed. Pls do better chilis! 😭 ruined...
Read moreOur experience at this Chili’s location was incredibly disappointing. My boyfriend ordered the Surf & Turf Ribeye cooked medium rare. Instead, he received a Surf & Turf Sirloin - 10 oz. cooked medium well. He asked for the correct order, and it took so long that by the time the new dish arrived, he requested it to-go. When the takeout order came, the surf portion (shrimp) was completely missing.
At that point, out of frustration, he asked for the meal to be returned and removed from the bill. However, when we tried to pay at the kiosk, the incorrect meal was still listed. The manager got involved, but unfortunately showed very little concern or urgency. Eventually, they removed the item, but by then, the delay had caused us to be late for an event we had planned.
The lack of attention to detail, poor service recovery, and overall apathy from the staff made this a very unpleasant experience. We will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend it based on our visit.
I received an email notification stating there was a response, but when I selected the link in the email, I see it was deleted. I was directed to visit Chilis.com/frequently-asked-questions to share more about my experience. Since I was asked you to go to their site to "share more details" (likely a standard PR move), I felt it was a good idea to respond on Google to maintain transparency for others—especially since the reply was deleted.
Given the lack of support we received at the restaurant itself—and the time lost from our evening—it’s disappointing that the outreach here feels just as impersonal. If Chili’s truly wants to resolve this kind of experience, a clearer and more direct path for resolution would...
Read moreThe young man with the locs at the front door was very friendly and attentive. I watched him seat several people after i arrived and he moved expeditiously, immediately greeted them as they came in, and stayed busy at the front door. There was also a pregnant lady with a green shirt on that was very friendly, checked in on me three times and addressed needs i had before i had to ask, and before i left thanked me for dining. I also witnessed her do this with several other tables as well! Also, the food was hot and fresh and came out quickly! My server was Abraham and while i get he had multiple tables to handle he only checked in with me once i was leaving. When the food came the lady from the back literally sat the plate down and he asked how was it? Like honestly i have no clue because i haven’t even touched the plate yet. The lady with the green shirt took care of me. I also had to ask for napkins and a straw from Abraham. It seemed more like since i was by myself i might have been put on the back burner to assist the larger tables he had. Now to be clear and fair this chilis was busy. Several parties of various sizes arrived after me so everyone was busy. I also think they were somewhat adequately staffed. My suggestion would be have the host/hostess stuff the packets with the knives and forks with a straw and a few napkins. That way when your waiter or waitress comes up they have less back and forth to do and the customer isn’t left to feel like a bother. Overall the experience was good but to be clear had the pregnant lady not been attentive to ask about a to-go box for my food , notice my empty cup and refill it, ask if i wanted a to go drink, and just not been as attentive and sincere as she was this review would have...
