Wow, service is bad. I don’t generally leave reviews, but this experience deserves it. Two stars because food is good and it’s mostly just one employee, but come on guys. The burrito gets made with all the fillings in one ball in the middle. The young woman pushes down the center, balls it up and makes a huge tear, rolls burrito over to tuck folds, and makes another huge tear. She looks up “That’s ok, right?” I say laughingly “No, let’s remake that please.” Her “Ugh for real?” Me disbelievingly laughingly “Yes for real, let’s get a new tortilla going, that one is ripped…” She says with a teeth click “Ah it won’t rip.” She rolls it up, rings me up and walks off. 🫣 I didn’t want to push the issue, so I go sit at a table instead of taking to go. I go back to the table, open it up, still huge rip. I try my best to eat it. Ridiculous. I get in line after less than a minute of sitting down, order another burrito, and an empty bowl container with lid. At no point did anyone (Several people heard this exchange) ask if everything was alright for me, or why I wanted an empty bowl. Paid for second burrito, boxed up first one to eat like it’s a...
Read moreI’ve been coming to this chipotle for 2 years now, at least once a week if not more. Over the recent months things have gone downhill. I leave with a negative mindset more times than not. The portions have gotten so small it’s nearly laughable. Tiniest scoops of rice, beans, and protein. I was just there and I got maybe 10 beans. I’ve been having to ask for extra of everything. And I’ve noticed everyone in line around me also asking for more. The employees are trying to build the bowls and burritos at such a wildly fast pace (for no reason, I’ve never had more then a few other costumers in line with me), they are slinging in tiny amounts of food into the burritos in a really messy manor. Posting this for two reasons - first, in hopes that it may be seen and result in a better experience. Second, if I’m paying $17 for a burrito and chips, I really want it to be worth it. If prices were like they used to be I...
Read moreI don't go to Chipotle very much because the menu isn't new customer friendly about what you can order. You hear different orders as you wait and try to figure out what to get and how much it will be... This time I tried asking the young lady behind the glass with tongs " If I get tacos, how many tacos come with a plate?" and I got ignored at first... I asked again and got a roll the eyes and an answer that wasn't close to an answer pertaining to my question. Each one acted like they didn't want to put anything I'm my tacos. Almost like they were paying for it... So I settled on what they could muster out of my order... lol I hope this place will have better counter help and act like they want to...
