Let me start by saying I've had great experiences here and I'm disappointed to have to even write a review about this.
I've been a client for about a year with the membership where you do one service a month (I usually do a facial). Bekah is amazing at what she does for your skin.
However, I've had two bad experiences recently I need to share. The first being so disgusting, I decided to cancel my membership.
MOLDY product: On Saturday, I bought a new bottle of facial scrub ($60!!!) after my facial. When I went to open it and use it for the first time today, the product was a weird pink color and had mold growing on the inside of it (see photos). This is the same line of products the estheticians are using in their services by the way. For product this expensive, someone should be doing quality control. Especially if it's the same product they're using in their services. There's actually no excuse for it.
Esthetician no show: Over memorial day weekend I had a facial booked with Henry. I had booked it weeks prior and the EvolvE team even texted me in the 24-48 hours before asking me to confirm. When I showed up for my appointment, Henry was not there. And the team at the desk just said they had no idea where they were. They tried calling them and got no response. So how did we book an appointment and CONFIRM the appointment, but the esthetician still no shows? It was on both of our calendars for weeks...To be fair to the team, they apologized and comped an add-on for my next service, which was appreciated.
We all make mistakes, but I draw the line at moldy products, so I'm out. Hope this review serves as a word of caution for anyone considering...

I have to shout Alyssa. From day one, Alyssa has gone above and beyond. I’ve seen that not only for me personally, but for every other client that enters evolve as well. She greets everybody by name, immediately putting them at ease, and makes their (and mine!!!) entire experience the most pleasant and amazing experience possible, despite the pain or discomfort we might be in. I’ve never met anyone like her. She is warm, attentive, professional, and extremely knowledgeable at what she does. I came in to Evolve dealing with so much pain, and she immediately put me at ease, discussing a detailed treatment plan to help me feel better and more like myself again. You can tell she truly cares for people and helping them feel better.
I do the Whole Body Cryotherapy, Compression Therapy, and Spot Cryotherapy treatments and have all have helped tremendously with my chronic pain, energy levels, and sleep.
I cannot thank Alyssa enough for taking the time to not only help me to the best of her ability, but for taking the time to personally get to know me, and make me feel better. She's the only one that can take my mind off the Cryo by talking to me! She’s the best. She’s one of a kind.

Read moreUPDATED REVIEW 11.2.23- I just learned that Dawn, my favorite person and an amazing manager, was let go from Evolve without warning. Dawn is the reason I joined Evolve, why my out-of-state friends joined, and why I’ve done so many cryoslimming packages! The place won’t be the same without her. As soon as my packages are done, I will be looking for. new place to enroll. Good people and leaders matter to a business. When an owner, who is rarely there, makes an arbitrary decision that impacts the well being of her customers and staff, we need to question whether this is a place we want to give our hard-earned dollars. We vote with our dollars. There are too many options in Austin and South Austin. I want to support a business that supports strong women; not one that seems threatened by them and doesn’t value their ideas or contributions. I can honestly say that if it wasn’t for Dawn, I wouldn’t have been a member for as long as I have and neither would my friends. I also wouldn’t have increased my membership services and purchased 3 cryoslimming packages and 2 sculpt packages. Dawn, I wish you the best! You will be sorely missed.
