Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Austin

I'm giving this Domino's store 1 star because Google will not allow me to give zero!! We placed a pre-order for 4 pizzas on 6/27 before 10AM for a pizza delivery at 11:45 to feed a group of volunteer camp counselors. At 11:50, the pizza tracker showed that the order had not yet left the store, despite being quality checked at 11:30. We tried to call for a status update but, after being on hold for over 15 minutes, could not hold any longer. The pizza arrived at 12:17 - 32 minutes after the scheduled delivery and 47 minutes after the quality check. The bigger issue is that by the time the order arrived, the counselors' lunch break was over so they had to return to the children in their care without lunch. We called to talk to a manager and, after a 30 minute wait on hold, were told that there was no manager at the store currently and that the delay was because they were busy and understaffed. We had purposely placed our order early to make sure that it would not get stuck in the lunch rush. We were told that the manager would call us back mid-afternoon. After not receiving a call back, we called again at 5:19. At that time, we were told that the general manager was 20 minutes late and would call when she got in. It is now 6/28 and we have yet to receive a return call from either...

This Domino's is unsafe during the pandemic and I won't order from here again.

I placed a curbside order from the website. When I arrived, I waited outside for about 10 minutes, along with another person who was waiting outside even longer, but nobody ever came out. I finally gave up and went in to pick up my pizza, and the person at the counter was wearing their mask below their nose, which obviously defeats the purpose of wearing a mask at all.

I tried to get out of there as quickly as possible, but had to go back in because the sauces that I had paid extra for weren't included. When I left for the second time, the person waiting outside for their order still hadn't gotten it, even though the digital screen in the store said the order was ready. The store was basically ignoring the curbside orders. Finally, when I got home, the pizza was barely cut at all, and was all chopped up unevenly, just like the other photos in people's reviews.

There are a dozen Domino's locations within a few miles, and this one is just the closest one to my new home. I'll definitely try a different one next time, because something is very wrong at...

Ordered from this store the week of May 8. When ordering, the app said 30 - 40 minutes for delivery. The app showed the driver leaving the store about an hour later, heading away from my location and showing another 45 minutes for delivery. After watching this for a while and with the app showing 30ish minutes until delivery, it then said my pizza was delivered (at my hotel). I went to the lobby to find it...no pizza. Nobody had seen a Dominos driver. Called the store, took 10 minutes to speak to someone. Said the pizza would be another 5 or 10 minutes. After about 15 minutes I tried calling again. As I was holding...again... the driver showed up... an hour and 40 minutes after ordering. I order from Dominos stores all over the country and I'm frankly about done with them. The delivery issues have gotten WAY out of hand and the app is ridiculously inaccurate. If I would have known the pizza would have been more than an hour I would not have ordered it in the first place. Dominos... fix...
