Nice set of trails, and good respite from the city. Old unused bmx track is on the south end where bluebonnets explode each spring, and typically there is water on that end of the creek as well. You may see a green heron hunting there in the morning. The train roars through 20 times a day.
Main trail is semi connected to butler park, and a scenic way to get north/south in the Bouldin neighborhood. You can also use this greenbelt as a cut through to get to lamar square.
