First off I'm typically a Mr Gatti pizza guy, but for some reason after seeing a commercial for domino's I decided to place a order..
1.I ordered a New York style pizza with extra beef & extra cheese & pineapples... There was about a tablespoon of beef on this pizza. I would hate to see regular serving.. There was no extra cheese, I was still able to see tomatoe sause all o er the pizza. Very few pineapples.
I ordered the Philly steak tator tots... They were all burnt and of course very little steak..
The cinnamon twist were all over cooked & hard.
So I decided to go to social media because I'm a elite helper and I wanted to share my experience.
So the X or Twitter domino's team reached out to me and apologize and said thag someone from the store would reach out to you, and that a refund , along with a credit is in the process of being done.. Although I didn't ask for anything, I thought that was cool.
So time went by, mean 2-3 days and I never heard from anyone, so I decided to call the store for a follow up.
Supposedly I was speaking to a manager, she sounded as if she was still I. Junior high school and she said her name was Faye??? Anyways she tells me that who ever I was speaking to online from the Domino's Twitter account has no jurisdiction to say that a refund could be issued..
I ended the conversation and went to corporate.

Read moreOrdered pizza for my team for having to work New Year’s Eve. 10 pizzas and 1 Parmesan bites. 1 pizza arrived with a bite taken out of it. Called the store and talked to Stephanie. She said she made the pizzas and there was no way a bite was taken out of it. The driver named AcQuenda delivered and seemed professional and nice.
However, somewhere between point an and point b there was a bite taken out of this pizza, so not sure who is to blame. What I can say is the Stephanie calling us liars on an order this large was not cool.
As a manager in customer service, you fix it, you don’t argue with the customer and call them liars. I tell my staff daily if there is a problem, to fix it and make it right for the customer, even if we aren’t at fault. A return business is better than a bad review and no return business. You won’t keep your doors open long this way. Stephanie did not do this. She did not make my experience better and flat out accused us of lying.
As a result, we will not be frequenting this establishment again.
We checked all the pizzas when they arrived and this one had a bite out of it and a crushed box upon delivery. I can see if we said all the pizzas were wrong, but it’s literally just one. Bad customer service will lose you customers. Hopefully management fixes this.
We filed a complaint through the...
Read moreDominos pizza used to be my families "GO-TO" pizza place, for value, flavor, and quality. I can't say that with a straight face anymore. I have noticed a steep slide in all 3 factors on the last 10 years and especially after the pandemic. I thought for sure Domino's would see what happens when you sacrifice those things by watching Pizza Huts decline but no dice. Pizza is a the very SIMPLE food item with no room for big changes to the recipe or modem itself. What I mean to say is, if you remove or lessen anything in the slightest, it will drastically change its properties and not for the better. Having worked in the pizza biz for many years at multiple places I can tell you, pulling back on your topping portions or changing the way you heat or cook them, or changing vendors for cheaper options..... BIG MISTAKE! I have seen much of this as of late at Dominos. Pizza with hard bottom, undercooked inside, flavorless overheated toppings, hardly any sauce, ridiculously small amounts of and unevenly distributed cheese even when ordering extra. AND this after many many instances. Time to loosen the purse strings and lower the heat and belt speed. Bring back at least 2 out of the 3...
