This location just canāt help themselves. I worked here at one point and I have had several other incidents under several different managements whether itās their mistake or a misunderstanding or a pizza is lost or made incorrectly. Everything they do is with attitude. I just left not even two minutes ago I picked up the Stuffed crust and cheesy bread. Upon reaching my car, I realized I didnāt have a garlic Dipping cup, I knew I wanted one when I would eat my food at home. So upon realizing there was no dipping cup with any of my food I went inside and asked if I could have one had no problem paying, but Iāll admit that I thought it came with cheesy bread, whether it did it didnāt come with cheesy bread. I didnāt have a problem paying, but what the woman told me when I asked for the cup. She said itās in there and I said what do you mean? I just opened my box. Thereās nothing in it and sheās like go get the pizza box and bring it back so after a long day with my toddler running around itās hot outside run all the way back out to my car to go get my pizza to prove to this woman that thereās no dipping sauce with my cheesy bread or my pizza and she points her finger an inch away from my garlic cheesy bread and says itās there look I shook my head and said I donāt know what youāre talking about. Thereās not a dipping cup there a manager overheard, I guess her being irritated with me that I didnāt understand she was talking about the butter that they put on the garlic cheesy bread before they give it to you not a dipping cup even though I made very clear all I wanted was a dipping cup Manager comes over. Ask what the problem is. I said thereās no problem. Iām just trying to get a dipping cup of garlic, garlic butter, and he looked at her and she looked at him like I was some kind of asshole for asking for a dipping sauce and she kind of mumbled something to the manager and goes. She was confused. Thereās two different kinds and Iām like yeah but thereās not a cup inside of the box wouldnāt she mean that thereās sauce in the box when thereās clearly not I said what did I do wrong? I just came in to get a cuppa sauce and he walked away, shaking his head saying itās fine man just take both of them. He put two sauces on the counter and walked away in a hurry. I said no itās not fine. I said I never had a problem paying for the sauce. I was asked to go get it because apparently it wasnāt believable that it wasnāt there. I donāt know it was just a really strange experience and I had no problem paying for the dipping sauce. In fact I actually paid for it even though he said they were free. I said no I wanna pay for him. I donāt know what the problem was but every single time I come here thereās some sort of drama with whoeverās running in the front counter. There was a female manager the last time I came in there Made my pizza wrong and then when I came to pick it up, made some ignorant comment about how long it took or something like that you know itās my pizza if you make it what should it matter when I come and pick it up? If youāre still open I just donāt get it man they got problems there. I would take your business elsewhere. I will say the lady that was aggravated that I wanted a cup of dipping sauce was already standing at the counter when I walked in so it was nice to immediately be greeted, but it just didnāt make any sense. She had attitude look like she was still in high school. Just ridiculous. I didnāt say a rude thing to her. Sheās pointing something that didnāt exist. Food is banging customer service and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered online and usually go with delivery. Always have. Today for whatever reason they were not offering delivery the only options were curbside or carry out. I went with curbside, I got to the door. I saw the Dominos employee speaking with the woman in the car next to me. He made eye contact with me. I put my Hazards on. He didn't ask me anything he just went back inside. I assumed he was going to get my order. My kids and I waited outside, he never came back so I decided to call. After a long wait the employee answered and . I advised that I was there to pick up my order, He said 'you have to check in with the app' I said I don't have the app. He responded 'Ill bring it out this time but next time you have to use the app' He comes out with my order and the trunk of my car is open. He hands me my order on the drivers side, I ask him to put my order in the trunk. He does. He leaves the trunk of my car open and walks away. I sit there in my car for a min, and then I get out and close the trunk myself. I am pulling out of my parking spot and the employee is in the store looking at me through the window. I get home 3 mins down the road and call back. The employee that served me is the one that answers the phone. I ask for the manager and explain what happened (all of the above) the manager 'John' tells me 1. The employee is new, 2. its learning process, 3.People get upset when we close their trunk without permission, 4. and a couple more excuses I advised John that I work in Customer Service and know the difference between good customer service and the service I received this evening. He didn't seem phased. He basically reiterated everything he said. I told my husband about it and he responded, they work at a pizza place making minimum wage, they don't get paid enough to give good customer service... um ..well ok then. I suppose that settles that! Just thought I'd share...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGeneral Manager Jessie was so unhelpful when I lost my wallet there this was the last place I was at an I was there for over about an hour before I left.When I noticed i did not have my little bag i called them and thet said they were lookomg for it when i drove back which was only a 7 min drive i walked in and the phone was just upside down they had me just waiting in the other line whole they were talking ! The audacity . I lost 500 dollars in cash and my forms of identity I asked for any name or numbers I could call so I could get help or information about my lost stuff and he did not even want to talk directly to me he had somebody else do it and he knew I was asking for a manager after finally going around and losing my mind outside I walked back in and asked if he was the manager he rolled his eyes at me and said I don't know what you want me to tell you he did not mention anybody only said that that was his store and that he did not have access to the cameras so you mean to tell me it's "Your Store " but YOU don't have access to cameras ? That makes it sound Fishy already. I called the next day and found out that there is a higher up Name Rene I went ahead and emailed corporate and have filed a lost/stolen police report . It's crazy that was my money I was supposed to deposit the next morning and I am in a moving process I was not going to leave a review but honestly Domino's should really see who and what kind of people they have as General Manager if i could give this place 0 (ZERO)...
