Ordered for pickup a pasta, salad, a couple of drinks and garlic butter. Drove up and person at window had no "greeting" other than "name". Gave him my name and he disappeared. A minute or so later he showed up at the window with my order and not one word. All he did was hand me my order and as soon as the last bag was in my hand he disappeared again and the window closed. I live literally ( in its proper definition) live 5min away. Got home and the pasta was already cold( it's 104° outside) and grabbed my salad only to see brown old lettuce confirmed by "the best if used by" date was yesterday. Called to speak to a manager on duty and was simply told to call back after 5 because the manager doesn't come in until 5. Called back to speak to someone about a refund only to be put on hold immediately after explaining the purpose of my call. Waited for 10 min ( timed with the timer the phone gives you as to how long a call was) until I hung up and called back. A person asked for the reason for my call and I told him. Placed on hold again for a couple of minutes and another person picks up asking how they could help and I explained again and placed on hold AGAIN. A person named Matt stated he could help and was the "manager on duty". I asked again to confirm if indeed he was a manager on duty to which he stated that he was not and only helps out the manager in the morning. His explanation as to the expired salad was someone just grabbed the wrong one( clearly already established). No explanation or even a slight apology for the bad service, expired salad or cold food. He simply stated "ok, I'll cancel the order and the refund would go through in 7 days. This of course will be my last time dealing with this location and will be gladly spreading the word as much as I can through every outlet I can. Iāve ordered from this location many times and never really had an issue. I mean, itās Dominosā¦my expectations are already on the low side but really never had an issue. Until recently. Now Iām sitting here for the second time waiting on pizza that Iām pretty sure is not coming. My previous order is the first time I had an issue with them. It took well over two hours of waiting for my order that I placed online. I even called the store and the kid I spoke to sounded really stressed and remorseful and said they only had one driver but assured me that my pizza would be on its way. He sounded so sincere. My order never came. Since that was my first issue with ordering from them I considered it a fluke and went ahead and placed an order tonight.
Tonightās order ā¦that I have already paid for online with literally the last money I had so I canāt just go order something else to eat cuz Dominos is holding my money and itās obvious Iām not getting the food. I placed my order about two hours ago. The store is closing in 20 min and the phone line is perpetually busy tonight so I guess they donāt want to talk to anyone tonight. I myself ordered one large Alfredo with bacon and spinach. The other one was pepperoni, extra pepperoni. I end up getting marinara sauce. With bacon, a spinach and the other one was spinach and sausage, I keep calling them. They do not want to answer. I took a lift to go pick up my pizza, which I should've looked at my pizza first before I left, but I didn't. But when I got home, I saw that my pizza was not the pizza that are ordered so therefore I keep calling. Will they answer my phone call? No, why because a girl at the Domino's? Does not speak English. And how do I know because I went over there to try and pay with the $100 bill?
