I love the food here, and the atmosphere is not bad, if you need to come in and hang out and do work you can. However; today (after paying $12 for a bagel with cream cheese) I ate my food, then needed to use the facilities. Now; because I’ve only been to this location two times prior, I was unfamiliar with the layout and asked an employee (old white lady) at the counter two questions. 1: Is there a bathroom on site? The lady just slowly shakes her head up and down looking at me like I just asked the stupidest question in the world. So I follow up with question #2: Where is it located? (Simple enough to just point me in the right direction with a smile) she very rudely scoffs and says “The only place it can be located.” And points to an area behind her that has NO clear markings of a bathroom, and quite honestly looked like an employee only area, as it was to the left of the employee counter and back towards the backside of the building.
If you hate your job, or your existence, just say that. No need to be rude to customers for no reason at all. I’m a very polite guy, and typically get along great with everyone. This person clearly has issues in her life she needs to work...

UPDATE 10/10/23: Be cautious using the app. Today I placed an order, paid for part of it and used a reward for the sandwich and I got an error after hitting the button to pay. However the payment was processed and showed up on my credit card and on the transaction on the app, but the store didn't receive the order and said I would have to pay for the order in store and deal with customer service to get my money back from the app. Luckily since I told the woman who i think was the store manager that I was redeeming a birthday reward and it was only 6:10am so they weren't busy yet, she made me my order no questions asked. So shoutout to that lady! Thank you. But heed my warning that you might encounter app issues which she says has been happening...
Read moreOrdered for curbside and waited 30 minutes after I arrived to get my food. The only redeeming quality of this store was ONE of the workers, a young man. He was polite and tried to help when possible.
While waiting, we called multiple times but were not answered. The second time getting someone to pick up, 20 minutes into checking in, we were practically yelled at by a women working. She interrupted me, yelled at us, and was generally rude.
When we finally received our food the nice worker gave us a free coffee and cookie. At that point I was not going to leave a review at all, until we got home and the food they gave us was all wrong! All of the bagels had barely any cream cheese and one of the bagels was entirely wrong. Plus, they were all hard as rocks.
