Found a staple in my rice bowl. Thank God I found it before I ate it. Also most of my items I ordered were missing. I'll honestly never come here. This is so scary and disgusting. I know for a fact this was in my bowl before I opened it because it was all the way at the bottom and rice was Mashed onto it. I'm so concerned for anyone who eats here. EDIT: I was given two remake coupons for this issue. One for me one for my significant other. I was really hoping to change my review to a more positive one. That did not turn out to be the case. I gave yall another shot today and this was my experiance. Upon walking in no one greeted me or my S/O. We walked to the end to start making our bowls and the person who made the bowls just stared at us for a few second and didn't say a word so I just started telling him what I wanted. Very odd first impression. Secondly when I got to the register to check out the lady working looked at my remake coupon and just said we don't have that here even though the coupon literally had their location address on it. She seemed very very annoyed. She tried saying she can't take it because it's a picture but it's literally the picture that I was sent via email. I told her I can show her the email as well and her response was to go grab her phone and rudly say, "well I have email too." Which by this point I'm really confused why she is acting this way towards me as I have been nothing but nice to her and her co worker. She then tried telling us even though our orders were completely separate that we were going to still have to pay for one bowl. After I continued to try to explain to her why we had two coupons and that the order was not together she argued with me that I had to pay for one. The last time I tried explaining to her that it was not the same order and the coupons were a remake and were supposed to be comped she looked at me, snatched a bag said never mind never mind extremely nasty and started throwing the bowls forks sauces and napkins into the bag and rudly handed it to me without saying anything else at all. I don't know what this ladies problem was but she really needs to learn how to talk to customers and understand more of what is going on around her. Whoever the manager is should really genuinely speak with her about how disgusting her attitude is. I will never ever come back here there food is not good at all, customer service is disgusting. If anyone ever asks me about this place I'll be sure to tell them all about my experiance.

I built my own poke bowl and loved how many protein options they offer—including salmon, shrimp, scallops, tofu, and even lobster. Everything tasted super fresh and clean, and the customization options are endless—from your base (rice, greens, or noodles) to all the sauces, toppings, and crunchies. You can go as light or as loaded as you want. I also tried their Huli Huli Chicken Plate, which was incredible—tender, juicy grilled chicken with a sweet-savory glaze, served with white rice and their signature Furikake Mac Salad, which was packed with umami and had the best texture. It felt super comforting and filling while still being balanced. They also offer sides like miso soup, a variety of bottled drinks and teas, and several boba options, which is such a fun addition. The space is bright, clean, and modern, with quick service and a chill vibe that makes it perfect for lunch, dinner, or even a post-workout stop.

I ordered take out online and all of the orders were correct.

Walking up to the door I heard what I thought to be a shop vac running, when it was obvious I was entering the establishment it abruptly stopped. I figured it was cleaning while slow or whatever.

As I walk in my order is being finished and the top is open of my Huli Huli Chicken Plate. There is a dude there with a leaf blower that just starts LEAF BLOWING the floor, with open stations down the line and my open to-go container sitting basically 5 feet from this thing blowing whatever from the floor about the whole space.

I'm assuming that there is an issue with drainage and management hasn't provided the correct tools to deal with it(?).

Honestly I'm baffled, I work in food service and could never imagine running a LEAF BLOWER in an active kitchen!

I did eat the Mac and it was good, I threw...
