El Norteño - Pollo Asados #2 — Restaurant in Austin

It's been a while, but i've been going to this place since 2020, and their menu always amazing as I've gotten the tacos, gorditas, menudo, and sopes. This time, I got their Quesadilla tacos, two of the pastor and two of Tripa, gordita of Barbacoa.

This place is like a little happy place of mine as the husband and wife. I've always talked with them when their hard at work, building that wonderful customer and business relationship, but they treat everyone Magnificently and see them today and being remembered and welcomed like I was coming home to relatives, warmth my heart and happiness to seeing their business running as well building, food quality still amazing. Love to see them keep going...

They discriminated against me as I was the only white person as I ordered a hamburger for my 5 year old daughter as standing in line with me for over 30 min while they served everyone else as we ordered first and then I had to ask when our food would be done as they had not even started the food as then tried to give me a partial refund as they gave me northing but wasted my time and then had a attitude as she clearly knew she did . Please listen to this review, the food is atrocious !! we ordered the whole chicken asada and it was revolting; cold, soggy and OLD. We brought it to there attention that we were unsatisfied they said and I QUOTE “ we make all the chicken @12pm and serve it as is” The lady in the front said it her self.
