Will not be returning here again. I'm usually a n the neighborhood every Tuesday. I came last week I ordered double patty no bun mustard and cheese only cut in half. I received it. No mustard so very dry and not cut in half. I called and explained what happened to Ariela (manager). She said no problem just come back in and we'll remake it. So I came back in today (Tuesday) ordered a burger the way it comes cut in half and a med frie. I think I had to repeat myself 3 times. Got to the window told ariela that I spoke to you last week on the phone that it's a remake. Showed her the receipt. She says "oh no it wasn't me you spoke to" I said yes it was. She said no it wasn't it was the GM. I know it was you I spoke with. Then she shuts the window door. GM comes to the window. Very rude. "So what do you want on your sandwich?! I told her the way it comes. She proceeds on saying oh just mustard? No I tell her, the way it comes. Mayo and ketchup she asks? I said yes, the way it comes! She says ok park in lot 1 and I'll bring it out. Here she comes, (GM). Gives me the burger and I said can you hold on and let me check the food while you're here? She says yeah go ahead. With an attitude. Burger had no ketchup or mayo. Only mustard. She says well this sandwich doesn't come with mayo and ketchup. Sandwich wasn't cut. And I didn't receive my fries. She went back in to get my fries. She at first said that I didn't ask for my sandwich to be cut In Half and I didn't ask for fries. She handed me the fries then says it seems like you like to complain. No I don't, it just seems that y'all can't get the order right. She walks away shaking her head like I'm the one that did something wrong. I told her I won't be coming back. She says that's fine have a nice day. My take on this is, they won't continue on getting orders wrong if the GM also wore a headset. Now I'm wondering if...
Read moreImagine if you will, working a 10 hour shift. At the conclusion of this 10 hour shift, everywhere to eat is closed except 3 fast food restaurants near your home. You sit in the drive through line for well over 30 minutes. You finally get your food and head home. You didn’t get a straw for your drink, but hey, it happens.
You open your meal and drink and discover that you did not get the correct drink. You did not get the correct meal. In fact, it seems you got an old order because it’s not even warm. But hey, at least you got the curly fries you ordered… a size too small.
How extraordinarily incompetent and mentally deficient must someone be to fail at literally every single level? Who is running this place? Obviously no one. Any franchisee owner that thinks this is even remotely acceptable, and is too lazy to put some effort into their business by, say, I don’t know, HELPING WORK THE NIGHT SHIFT, when it’s so fundamentally needed, suggest that they don’t care at all. Pathetic.
I hope Jack HQ revokes your franchise license, because it’s pretty obvious how little you care about supporting your employees, whether it be their wage, training, or additional personnel support when they’re clearly drowning. When was the last time you actually prepared an order? Have you ever? Do you know what ingredients go on your burgers? Read moreI went here twice, i work in the area so the first time it was before work. I ordered a soda, coke....they didnt have it....ok. ill get a soda at work. Next thing i know i order my food a ver simple order a large regular fry and a small curly fry. (I like the variety lol). The drive thru was empty, i pulled up, paid, and got my food in less than a minute. Which is abnormal for a jack in the bow. Everything is supposed to be made to order, part of the reason i come to jack in the box. I want fresh food, but i didnt get that. I got stuff that wasnt even edible mixed in with old nasty stuff. And the second time i went, the exact same thing happened! Only i ordered on the app, and they couldn't refund my money for the soda they "didnt have", then my food was inedible again. Dont go here!!!!! The employees dont care about what they serve you, as long as you get out of their face. I called and asked to speak to management to get my money back the second time, but they "werent there" even though they went to get the manager in the drive thru when i wanted my money back for the soda i wasnt receiving while i was IN THE DRIVE THRU. I will absolutely never patronize this location again. The employees are waaaaaaay toooo lazy to care so, they womt get another dime from me. I hope they shut down, honestly.
