If you're looking for a restaurant that serves delicious and healthy meals, then this place is just what you need! I was invited here by a coworker for a quick meeting a while back and wasn't sure what to expect (I'm delayed on leaving my review but it was definitely a memorable meal 🤷🏻‍♀️). It's usually hit or miss trying new places with my dietary restrictions. As someone who is following a low-carb lifestyle and is always on the lookout for places that offer a variety of vegetables beyond just the usual and oh-so-boring broccoli, I was actually super excited about all the options they offered on the menu!

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the atmosphere, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. They were patient with me as I asked detailed questions about the ingredients and sugar content (of literally everything 🤦🏻‍♀️). It was clear that they took pride in their work and wanted to ensure that their customers had an enjoyable dining experience.

The "build your bowl" option was perfect for me since it allowed me to customize my bowl perfectly to my liking and dietary needs. I chose half spinach and half arugula as my base with grilled chicken, brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes, avocado, and goat cheese. I also got a side of the creamy poblano sauce, which was the perfect complement to the dish oddly enough. The variety of options was so extensive that I spent a good 10 minutes just deciding which toppings to choose.

I was honestly surprised by how filling and satisfying my meal was because I can normally eat a ton. Overall I was delighted by the healthy selection on the menu and the kindness from the staff.

This place has been a regular, healthier departure from the traditional fast casual fare for us for almost a year now. Even though on occasion the food is not at its freshest/warmest. Overall, we have been satisfied customers. Today was quite different though. My wife and I made it through the selection line to the POS checkout register. We noticed how small her portions were compared to mine, and the usual portions we receive. My wife politely brought it to the attention of the cashier (Cirriah) who immediately responded with condescending "justifications." Cirriah rudely took an offensive posture by telling her, amongst other things, they are "watching there food costs." And she basically chastised my wife for bringing it up. The cashier also demanded that my wife pick up her bowl off of the service counter. All-in-all a shockingly negative customer service experience. One caveat though, a young man behind the counter (Jose) was extremely friendly... kudos to him. Cirriah could do herself a service by paying attention to his customer interaction. At this point, especially with so much good competition, we are probably done here. I realize we all have bad days, but leave it at home or don't come to work if you are in the hospitality industry.
