I don’t ever take the time to write a complaint but in this instance it is warranted. I’ve had decades in customer service (hospitality,food service) & the service I received today was deplorable. Working across the street at the hospital I have raved to other nurses and doctors about this place. Today was indifferent. Order via telephone b/c the sandwich I enjoy is not on the online menu but I was previously informed i could call & they would make it. First, the employee was argumentative that I had not ordered that sandwich from this location for 3 minutes. Then had to ask someone which she was informed I was correct. A simply my bad, I’m sorry I was unaware would suffice. Sent my mom to pick up food in which returned was missing the drink and chips.The person who rang her was on a personal call at the register. Made a phone call to store to figure out an option which would be a refund or going back out again. Met with a “manger” who was argumentative in stating I should have picked it up myself. And that the chips and drink are self serve(cups are not they are behind the counter) Instead of offering a simple solution she argued which was so unnecessary. I stated I’d come back. Before heading into my hospital shift I went back to location to receive refund. The “manger” was passive & condescending all unnecessary as I politely asked for my $4 back. I’m not going to argue over money but no one should tolerate the staff...
Read moreI loved my Ike's experiences when I lived in CA, but man this Mueller location is a bummer. Couldn't find a place to send complaints on your website so adding it here. Placed an online order for takeout tonight. Went to the counter to pick it up. I was the only person in line. There was only one other customer in the restaurant. The 3 employees were less than 5 ft away from me and couldn't be bothered to acknowledge me. I waited for several minutes. Clearly I wasn't a priority for the employees, so I reached over and grabbed my order and turned to leave. Well that got their attention as the 2 women then chose make the most obnoxious comments as I was heading towards the door. I turned around and said this was my order and they didn't acknowledge me waiting there for several minutes and why would I continue waiting there wasting my time when my food was right in front of me. There was no apology or recognition of the issue as they continued a rude line of commentary about "oh ok, some people can do what they want, etc" What the heck is with this terrible service? Few people will return if that's the attitude they receive when giving you their money....
Read moreVery first visit to the restaurant and both food and service were beyond my expectations! Dayana greeted my fiancé and I as soon as we walked in and was very kind and patient with us. The menu was a bit overwhelming as there were so many options, but Dayana was so patient! She offered to help and asked about my preferences so she could suggest something I would like. TBH I was so pleasantly surprised with the level of hospitality I was being provided. Most people would’ve told us to take our time, or just asked us to let them know when we were ready. But she went out of her way to help us make a choice we would be happy with. We walked in still deciding if we should try the sandwiches or leave to another restaurant we knew would like, but thankfully her kindness and patience convinced us to stay. We ended up going with the Beast Mode Sub and substituted the friend chicken with the halal chicken. And god it was so good, warm and crunchy as well! We will definitely be coming back! Y’all got two new very happy...
