Whenever I come here to this Jack in the Box around at 10PM, there’s nobody at the drive through to take orders and talk in some speaker thingy to where the menu it. It’s starts to get on my nerves each night that there’s nobody there to take my order and also there’s sometimes someone there to take orders and then tells me that there’s a shift change or whatever. What really annoys me is that the place is open for 24 hours for drive thru, but instead there’s still nobody at this hour to sell food. I tried calling the restaurant to see if anybody is there and why nobody is wanting to take my ordered at this hour even though that they are open 24 hours, but still nobody answers my calls or cares to help me out for what I want. I don’t know what’s going on for why these people are doing this to the customers who live nearby to this Jack in the box who want to order dinner or whatever, but they need to hire enough people for overnight shifts to help out and have anyone quitters. This is just wrong and I’m not liking it at all. If you ever plan to come to this Jack in the Box around at 10PM, these people who work there will make you feel stood up and careless to not take any of our orders without speaking through some speaker thingy. I would suggest that you go to a different Jack in the box that has caring employees for their customers than this place to take orders. I’ve been living here in Austin, TX in the Oak Hill area for 17 years and I’ve never seen once or heard from this Jack in the box putting themselves silent from their customers through the...
Read moreMelanie at the front counter is 100% the reason why I’m leaving you a one star review. I placed my order. I was not handed my receipt. I had to take it myself. I asked for a drink carrier I was pointed to where they are on the counter still folded up. I had to serve myself. When my order came up, my number was not called out. I had to figure it out myself. Then I had to stand there and wait an additional time while food was getting cold on the counter, trying to get someone’s attention so that I could verify if this was my food and get sauces for the crispy chicken strips that I’m going to try for the first time. I called out to Melanie multiple times but she ignored me. I called out to the gentleman on the fryer and after the fourth time being ignored, he stated someone would be with me shortly. I Wanted to leave a positive review, but Melanie just would not allow me to do that. Where is your store manager? Why didn’t that person come to the front when I was shouting across your kitchen multiple times for attention and it wasn’t because I was being difficult. Please review the tapes. I’m working class person in my own employee uniform. I didn’t know. I started a new job at Jack-in-the-Box today. You all have a Three star review for this location and that is horrible. Maybe it’s time for new management. Hire someone who cares about the store, brand...
Read moreTo sum up the visit: told to order than got extreme attitude of one moment, drinks were wrong with missing food items, tried calling the location to bring the food to the door as they had a LINE of cars and it was going to be another hour. Manager hung up after saying to WALK AND STAND BETWEEN ANOTHER CUSTOMER AT 45 MIN AND THE WINDOW. Tried calling again and saw her physically answer the phone look at it then hang up. Drove around and asked for a refund at this point and more then happy to return majority of the order. Which she kept responding I dont care, no, have a good night to the request for corporate number, general manager of the location information or when I asked for my receipt back. When the manager of Jack In the Box gets so fed up she responds pinche tu madre. She had told me the general Manager should be in around 9 am the next day. I went to the store location around 2 to 3 pm and spoke with a manager who has since informed me that this employee lied and isnt even a manager. I have tried calling the location numerous times and no one answers. You cant even get a corporate number as they have no idea...
