Oak Hill Centre — Local services in Austin

So many people are unaware of the deposits of $500 if you use a debit card and $200 if you're using a credit card. For refunds, you have to wait 48 hours for their systems to update, then well its been 10 days, and I'm still waiting for my refund. I'm wondering if they are waiting for me to forget or to call them back 🤔.... ?? Oh, and you need to reserve 24 hours before your reservation, or they will not have it in their system when you're there. So my experience was not good while I was there 3 people left be for it was my turn Without their reservation. 2 other people had just arrived from out of town and did not know about the 24-hour reservation, so they told them They have to reserve, wait 24 hours, and then go back... A couple that was there. We're a little angry and Festerated, Because The Vehicle that they reserved was not available there at that location. The waiting area was small. the line was not a line at all it was everywhere. I didn't know there was anyone in front of me until it was my turn. Someone said that he and 4 other people were in front of me. I was one hour early for my reservation and I didn't leave until 2 hours after my reservation 4 hours that's ridiculous. so I do not recommend this location, and I will...
