Summary: quick service, ample parking, unlimited softserve ice cream, mediocre food. The Details: got there on a Saturday around noon, the place was busy but not overly crowded. The service was quick and dismissive. I mean to say that the staff seemed distant and disconnected from the transaction. Almost as though the customer is a bit of an annoyance, however I may have misread that situation entirely. The place is clean and well stocked. My meal was the Turkey sandwich and it was very middle of the road, nothing spectacular and certainly nothing I'd ever spend money on again. Parking was ample and the play structure near the restaurant was superb. Don't get taken by the coin operated kiddie rides. The firetruck doesn't work.. we lost $0.75 to it. However the convertible did function. Minus one star for less than enthusiastic service and one star for the lack of creativity with the sandwich I had.

Jason’s Deli really isn’t like a typical deli most people would think of. It’s much more! They have a wide selection sandwiches, a decent salad bar, soup and a selection of pastas and baked potatoes. They also have vegetarian and what they call gluten-sensative options. There’s pretty something for everyone. I recommend their broccoli-cheese soup and baked potatoes. The photo I included is what they consider half a baked potato. Their full baked potato is huge! Staff is always friendly and wait times, even at peak times, are not long. If you’re looking for a family-friendly place to grab a meal, you won’t be disappointed visiting Jason’s Deli.

Can’t say enough good things about this location. I got asked last minute to feed the office lunch because we had important visitors. I called Jason’s as soon as they opened and asked for a large catering order to be ready in two hours. They didn’t even hesitate! They said sure thing. I arrived a few minutes early and it was waiting on me and I didn’t have to lift one bag. Two very nice gentlemen carried everything to my car! Everyone was just in awe of how great the sandwiches, salads, and desserts looked. The brownies were the favorite part of the whole meal! 😊 They are definitely in my list of places to order from in the future.

I used to be a regular at Jason's deli, but after my latest experience I have no interest in returning. I normally get the one-time salad bar for lunch. Because I don't have that long of a lunch break, sometimes I can't finish my salad and get a to-go box for my leftovers. This time the manager Brad was very rude when I asked for the box and even though I explained to him it was just left overs and I wasn't going to go back up to the salad bar to fill up the box, he was not understanding or friendly at all. I even mentioned to him the food I wanted the box for he is literally going to throw away. This manager acted like I was stealing food from the restaurant. A few important facts to point out about the situation. You can buy the salad bar to go and is the same price as when you purchase the one-trip salad bar to dine-in. The only difference is one you get a box and the other is a plate, but both you can only go up to the salad bar ONCE (aka it is not equivalent to a buffet). Secondly, the manager admitted he has a staff member monitor the salad bar to make sure people don't come up more than once. Thirdly, there is no signs stating if you get the one-trip salad bar that you can't get a box for leftovers (this "policy" is also not a corporate policy, but only specific to this store). The manager made a huge scene and treated me and my coworker like we were stealing. Over a box..... which is terrible customer service. Also important to note the salad bar is not cheap at all, it is $10 for one-trip to the salad bar, hence why I wanted to take...

I've gone to Jason's Deli quite frequently in the past 2 years I've worked in the same shopping center as it, and even before that. But this last time was simply horrible and I will never go back. I ordered my food over 30 minutes before my scheduled lunch, that way I could just grab and go. When I got there I had wait quite a while in line (fine it happens they are busy) but then they not only gave me the wrong food but charged me for someone else's food. I did not realise this til I had walked all the way back to work (across the parking lot). At this point I was pretty annoyed but was still polite and had them give me another bag of food, which I immediately checked because of the last problem. Guess what? another completely wrong item. They handed me a 3rd bag of food apologizing but not very sincerely in my opinion. This one was the right item (a baked potato) but was covered in bacon which I requested it not to have (via online order so it was clearly written on the order slip) because I am very allergic to pork. I then had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make me a new baked potato. In all this they never offered to do anything to make it right, and no upper management came out to apologize. By the time I finally got back to work I had 6 minutes to eat my food (I only have a 30 minute lunch) when I should have had most of my time to eat since I ordered it early. Even though I have had other good experiences (and not so good) I won't be going back. I don't understand how a company could so badly mess up a simple...

Our family ate here and there was a miscommunication with the cashier. My wife wanted the salad bar but he put club salad on her order instead. As my wife was trying to get her salad plate, the salad lady kept telling her "you did not pay! You did not pay!" My wife was confused, and looked toward the cashier's direction for assistance but he was busy. My wife then said she paid but the salad lady started getting confrontational with her finger now pointing at wife telling her "if you want to eat you need to pay!" until my wife went back to the cashier. He sorted it out immediately. But as my wife went back to get her plate, this same lady right away was like "where's your receipt???".

I understand theft prevention but this was just too much and handled so poorly. "Excuse me, I don't see salad bar on your order." would more than suffice. Maybe my wife wasn't clear or maybe the cashier made a mistake, whatever, it happens. It's how this employee right away accused us of stealing that really left a bad taste in our mouths.

3 stars because we come here often and never had a negative experience other than this so not going to take away from other employees who provided good service. However, not sure...
