Edit: Customer service reached out and made up for the experience.
I recently visited this Juiceland location, and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. In the past, I have had positive experiences at other Juiceland locations, but this particular location put a bad taste in my mouth.
The service I received was not friendly, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping me or providing a positive customer experience. This was a stark contrast to my experiences at other Juiceland locations, where the staff have always been welcoming and knowledgeable.
The drink I ordered was also a disappointment. The texture was viscous and had a strange, off-putting taste. For the price I paid, I expected a high-quality, delicious drink, but what I received was something that I wanted to throw in the trash. I even had my girlfriend try it, and she also thought it was nasty and that there was something absolutely wrong with the texture.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this particular Juiceland location. The poor service, the nasty drink, and the high price left a bad taste in my mouth, and I would not recommend this location to others. If you're looking for a high-quality juice bar experience in Austin, I would suggest visiting a different Juiceland location or considering...
Read moreJust another symptom of Austin getting too big. JuiceLand used to be amazing. There used to be happy employees with great attitudes excited to be there. Now, it feels like I’m a burden to be ordering from them. There’s literally a guy with AirPods dancing in circles while one woman is doing all the work. I got a text 5 minutes ago from toast that my order is ready and I’ve had enough time to come and write this. Why are there people standing in the rain waiting to order at the window while a third employee has showed up with a bunch of bottled juices and is clearly doing stock….
What is the point of working there if you’re not going to take care of the people ordering from you? Customer facing jobs certainly aren’t for everyone - if you hate people so much, go work somewhere you don’t have to interact with them.

Read moreMy smoothie was 10 minutes late after I ordered it online. I got there 3 min before it was supposed to be ready hoping it would be waiting. I waited 5 minutes past when it was scheduled to be ready-then I saw someone that ordered a drink while I was waiting. I went to the pick-up window and knocked gently. The staff looked quickly at me and went back to what they were doing. I assumed that someone would eventually finish their task and answer my knock. They didn't after a full minute watching them avoid eye contact. I knocked harder and made sure someone saw me. I received a super annoyed "greeting." I told them I ordered online and I was waiting for my smoothie-which got an eye roll and a, "That will be right out..." If I was selling $16 smoothies my customer service would be a lot better.
