I came in and placed my order at the kiosk. I wanted to get an ice cream to eat with my dog and something to drink for the both of us since we'd been outside in the heat all day. The kiosk advertised a smores mcflurry which looked really good, so I ordered a large, a large fountain drink and intended on filling my canteen with water for Sonny Boy at the fountain as usual. I placed the order and immediately went to pay. I stood at the counter for about 2 minutes before an employee (Hispanic female, heavy accent, spoke nothing but Spanish to the other employees, 35-45 years old, 5'5 or so..) snapped at me while approaching the counter "yes? What did you need?" I told her to pay for the order I had just placed on the kiosk. Rather than pull the order up, she wanted to take it again at the register. She asked about my mcflurry and if it was the oreo... I told her no, it was a large smores mcflurry and a large drink... we went back and forth over the size of both items and what kind of mcflurry it was serval times, but when she gave me a total for the items and I went to pay, I assumed we'd passed whatever language barrier there seemed to for some reason be and my order would be correct. Instead, she gave me the ore mcflurry. I asked several times for it to be corrected, when she finally told me I'd have to come back in the morning for the smores mcflurry she only had mm or oreo. When I told her I'd rather have the mm then, she SNATCHED the oreo one out of my hand and was clearly very angry about having to fix the order, mentioning I would be needing to pay for the new one even though it wasn't my mistake. She was extremely rude and spoke down to me so harshly that I felt degraded and like I needed to leave the counter immediately to hide the fact that she had made me cry. I went to the fountain drink station to get my soda and fill my canteen and the ice machine was completely out, but I was too afraid to upset her again I avoided asking for it to be filled behind the counter or for anything else all together. So that meant that both items I had wanted and ordered, 2 out of 2, were below ecpectation and customer service was so poor that I was afraid to ask for anything else to correct it. When I went to leave, I picked up my mm mcflurry off the counter, which only had 5 or 6 tiny mms sprinkled on top throughout the entire thing but rather than say anything I just wanted to leave... but the employee came out to accuse me of filing my canteen with soda that I needed to pay for, then got passive aggressive when I opened it to show her it was water for my dog. Read moreUpdated: 8/30/22 10:00am. One of the guards ordered a 13 cookie tote and was given old cookies from the container. The guard wanted fresh cookies and manager yelled at him saying he should’ve asked for fresh cookies now he made the manager have to put all the cookies in the waste basket. The managers need to be replaced the male and female are unprofessional as well as the entire staff. The guard politely told the manger that they should’ve served fresh food regardless. And the Manager said no ask for fresh food made to order. Now mind you the guard sat in his car over 15 minutes waiting on a Mobile order that he had to go inside to get. They ignored him and didn’t even apologize they just threw his food on the counter and walked off. The ENTIRE morning shifts need to be fired.They treat anyone not Hispanic poorly. This place have Horrible customer service, racist, and rude. If you’re not Hispanic I would advise you stay away from this McDonald’s. This is the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to on my entire life and I’m almost 40 years old. The entire staff and management is Hispanic. They talk to you so disrespectful.The managers and staff are rude and unprofessional. They ignore you when you try and get their attention. They have horrible customer service. Charge you for ever little thing. I’ve even watched them be rude to the police officer and security that comes in. These people are around to serve and protect us and should be treated with respect and welcomed. You would think they would give the officers even something courtesy to drink, the security asked for a cup of ice,the front counter guy was given the security a large cup and the male manger told the guy to get a water cup or charge him. Read moreJust got out of the hospital and came here thinking it would be an easy feed my children and go home, worse service from the manager Maria and the person that took my order came out with attitude saying I never ordered my drinks....(we had a whole conversation about them not having Strawberry lemonade and I said that, that was fine I would just take regular) when I got to the Window to get my food they were trying to send me away without the happy meals. And would not give my father in law the fries that came with the combo he asked for because it was not entered properly...at all of this they're talking to themselves in spanish not realizing I could understand every single word that said. Over all super rude. It didn't have to be like this. I should have never had, had to get out of my car (just got out of the hospital and am supposed to be on bed rest for 24 hours). Socks that a place my kids love so much has such bad customer service. Never again coming to this location.
The Nuggets taste smoked, it's horrible. So sad..threw away my food because it was easier than dealing with the employees here to get new food. 🙄 I've never been confrontational and I just walked away. Just overall worst experience at a McDonald's
