THE MOST CONSISTENT WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! ● This has to be the worst McDonald Franchise I have ever been to. ● Unfortunately, we live down the street and believe it or not, my kids love the McNuggets... ● So we go here literally six days a week... I'll order now and again, but if you go thru the drive-thru, you need to check your order. ● Of course, we always check, but at this location, they will mess up our order 90% of the time. ● This has been an issue the last year thru this year... Let me give you some examples: ● So now they have breakfast... Two days ago, I ordered a 3 stack pancake... I get home and pull out three orders... No big deal, who doesn't love pancakes. So I just ate my Southwest Chicken Salad later in the evening. ● I ordered happy meals daily... They forget fries, They'll forget toys, they'll forget barbecue sauce, they'll forget napkins, they'll forget the drink... This is almost every single time we order. ● So I try the Pancakes again with Bacon... They forget the butter and the bacon is not warmed up or recooked. So it has a white layer of fat on each slice. This is the first time I meet Edgar Medina. No apologies. ● This location has ZERO PRIDE! ● TONIGHT I ordered a happy meal w/4piece McNuggets and a 10 Piece McNuggets w/Diet Sweet Tea... ● What did they forget? The Happy Meal fries... It was more like a Sad Meal... They gave me a Six Piece McNugget, which I've never ordered. So I bring it to their attention and they demand $2.00. ● I asked to speak to the Shift Manager (Edgar Medina), who I've met on two occassions, with each having messed up my order... He opens the window in a confrontational way. Probably because he overheard that I didn't think it was right I was asked to pay for an order they messed up on. I complained... He stood his ground and refused to give us the 10 piece. I told him about the missing fries and he just shrugged his shoulders and walked off. ● We finally got the fries and the six piece McNuggets back from the other worker below him. ● I vow to never go back to this location. ● I'll take my family to Jack in the Box or Burger King from now on. ● BTW, I have submitted dozens of online surveys hoping for change, but to no avail. And to make matters worse, besides still no improvement in their service is they are getting worse. ● This location and Franchise has terrible customer service, poor organization skills, horrendous time management, and inconsistent in delivering a above average product. ● No apologies and no improvement = time to make a change. ● What does it say, when we see some of the workers at other competing fast food chains..? ● I think you get the point. ● I'm...

I am writing to express my deep frustration with a recent visit to this McDonald's location, which has unfortunately been far from satisfactory. I specifically requested no salt on my fries at the speaker to ensure they were prepared correctly. However, upon reaching the window, I was given fries loaded with salt.
Despite asking again for fries without salt, the young lady at the window gave me a batch that was not only salty but also hard as a rock. My repeated requests for no-salt fries seemed to fall on deaf ears. To make matters worse, the manager, Alondra, dismissed my concerns and attempted to argue that the fries were not salty. It was clear to me that my fries had been re-fried in an attempt to rectify the situation, rather than being replaced with a fresh batch.
Alondra's attitude was both disrespectful and dismissive, failing to address or even acknowledge the issue properly. As someone who has managed a team for seven years, I can confidently say that this type of behavior from a manager is detrimental to both customer satisfaction and team morale. I have tolerated numerous errors from this location in the past, but this latest experience has been the breaking point.
The health implications of consuming excess salt are serious, and when customers ask for no salt, it is crucial to respect that request. I will no longer be frequenting this McDonald's location, nor will I be recommending it to my clients. Proper customer service and adherence to requests are fundamental, and this location has consistently failed to deliver on...
