For the past 25 times at least since the pandemic my wife and I have gone to McDonald's thinking of a great discounted treat! We have only gone to McDonald's during the pandemic (no other restaurants) and sometimes rack up 2 to 3 trips a day. So neither of us feel we are taking money from the owners - truly great and kind people. We used my wife's phone and we get a message sàying that we just had a treat and have to wait for 48 minutes for another??1 Don't try to say it's the phone-this always happens at this store no matter what phone you use. My wife's phone had been pulled out of her purse as we left the houseand we didn't have time to order my frappe or any other treat. Luckily I pulled my phone out and we 70+ year olds went home with our goodies sans tears..
This happens frequently, I'm not exaggerating. Every time it does happen, every time we have to pull out our wallets and pay for something we're supposed to be getting for free or at a discounted rate we think a little less of McDonald's. It's almost as though it were planned. Please see if you can do something about this. It's not an isolated problem with just my wife and I, it is a problem throughout the Austin area because we've tried all the McDonald's and we've been going to them since we were in our early teens and we'ave gotten to know them all so I would appreciate any help you have or can have to correct this problem. We'd like to use these coupons and or vouchers and it's a benefit to you and your customersr also because we usually get more to eat and we come back more often and it just goes on and on thank you very much...
Read moreIt's ALWAYS hard to order food at this location, because of the language barrier. The employees are NOT very welcoming. If I go inside to a register, I'm ignored, and when they do finally wait on me, most of them don't even say thank you. There is one older woman who griped me out for using the restroom when she was cleaning it. I don't speak Spanish, but I know she was angry at me. The same employee is very rude to me to AGAIN a couple of days ago.
The restaurant needs to be cleaned better and more often. This is a busy location, and they have NOT done any better at cleaning since I've been back here and have been posting. The one area that CONSTANTLY stays dirty is the soda station.
Another rule that they have imposed since I've been back here; no refills on drinks unless you stay in the restaurant and finish your meal there. That also applies to coffee in the morning.
It looks and feels like they FINALLY had the sidewalk just outside of the doors washed off. That was a fall waiting to happen; at times something is so sticky on the floor, that if you don't see it and step in it, it has pulled me...
Read moreThis was the worst service I've ever had at a McDonald's!!! Ordered a Quarter Pounder with bacon meal, 20 piece nuggets, and McRib meal. Was given the bag with what should have been everything I ordered, and discovered they neglected to give me the sauces I ordered. So the attendant at the window was very rude when I asked for the sauces. I went home and discovered there was no bacon on my Quarter Pounder, so I made the trip all the way back there. There were two managers on duty, Sergio and Delores. Neither one of the managers even came to the counter to express their apologies for the inconvenience. In fact, Delores, had the nerve to say, "People are crazy!" I told her that I heard what she said and she exclaimed, "I wasn't talking to you!!" And I said, "but I heard what you said." She then flipped me off and rolled her eyes. The attendant that gave me the replaced sandwich, didn't even say anything, only handed me the sandwich.
