MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Austin

I get the same pizza the same toppings and everything every single time I go to mod pizza and every single it’s this store but lately my pizza look awful and after what happened last night I don’t know how I feel about coming back here so This girl that closed on September, 26 was super rude for no reason I don’t understand how you gone give people attitude when it was your fault in the first place she did not make the pizza right it looked like a toddler built it and then there was the giant size of mushroom that did not cook through and crust looked like it was a pita bread 💀 there was so much oregano in one slice and none on the other slices when i went and asked her if she could cook the pizza longer she said “No they can’t put the pizza back in the oven, which is understandable so asked for a refund or a remake she then angrily took the pizza out of my hand and threw it in the trash and said “ next time leave a note that u want it to be over cooked” then aggressively started building up another pizza which was so funny to watch but the second pizza wasn’t so much better either. She also did not speak politely to the other customers that came after so I guess that’s just who she is anyways I understand that u wanna close on time but start closing up an hour early then being rude to customers ain’t it and she didn’t miss up the order just...

Went here with my family and I wish I could say it was better than it is. We went up to order and they seemed completely unprepared. I have no idea if this was the aftermath of a rush and I don't know the circumstances so I don't blame them for that at all. I've been there so I completely get it. Went up to order and got myself a ceasar salad and what their menu says is the smallest pizza. My bowl was filled not even half way for 8 dollars. It seemed like a new salad since the team member didn't know the ingredients, but the proportions were not worth even $1.50. We asked for them to fill up the bowl a bit more. They remade the salad and threw the initial one away... my pizza also was not the smalled size as I came to find out. Corporate needs to put all of their sizes on the menu. Now the portioning and prices also come from corporate, but like this employee is making around 11.75 an hour with 3 in hourly tips (their we are hiring page)... that's completely unreasonable. The reason your store is understaffed is because you aren't even paying HALF of a liveable wage. Corporate... raise the salary. The workers were working at their pay grade which is completely reasonable. If you are charging 8 bucks for a handful of lettuce, you can afford to pay...
