No one is explaining this well for non-venezuelans: Chinese food in Venezuela - like any other country - got it’s local flavor adaptation. Among other things, it particularly resulted in exceptional fried rice (a smart use of scallion, sprouts, cubed pork), spring rolls (a very tasty cabbage based filling on a BIG roll, vastly superior vs american egg rolls), and ribs.
