Naatu Indian Food — Restaurant in Austin

The food is absolutely delicious! Anytime I can get great restaurant quality food after 10pm in Austin, I’m excited. So, a guy came into my store to tell us about the new food truck. I was excited to find out it served Indian food and that it was open from 5pm to 12 midnight! Nothing (other than fast food) is open around her that late! I headed over after my shift was done at 10pm. He and his business partner were they like he said. Thank you Ravi!!

I loved it all! I have been curious about the thumbs up drink forever! Really nice selection for a great price. Everything was hot and freshly cooked to order. You have to try it!!!

Location is on Fm 620 just past Fm 2222 heading towards Lakeway. Across from Thundercloud Subs. Same parking lot as Nirvana Smoke Shop. If you passed the 2222 Bypass you’ve gone too far!

Naatu: The Midnight Spice

I wandered hungry, drawn by the scent of something ancient — smoke, spice, and whispered legend. The food truck sat like a beacon in the dark, aglow with saffron lights and the hum of simmering mystery. I couldn’t tell you the name of what I ordered — only that it arrived steaming, golden, wrapped in warmth and memory.

Each bite was a spell, cast slow and deep. Heat crept in like a secret. Flavors bloomed like dusk flowers — rich, complex, haunting. It was comfort and chaos in perfect balance.

Been here a few times because good Indian is hard to find in the area. There are two trucks here, one has south Indian snack food and the other has more dinner entrees like tikka masala, Saag, Butter masala, naan breads, and samosas. The food is really good, always made to order nice and fresh. The seating area could be better but after talking to the friendly staff they told me they’re working on making the outdoor area more lively and comfortable. Overall I'm certainly coming back here for my favorite saag paneer and id recommend anyone who likes Indian staples to come give it a try. Don't let the low foot traffic fool you, this place...
