What a shame that another four points establishment will close. I will detail my last 3 experiences at this Taco Bell. 1 month ago I went inside to order. I placed my food order and proceeded to wait 25 min to get it. While i was waiting the staff (and manager) were arguing among themselves loud enough for the entire place to hear. After my 25 min wait (while my wife and 3 month old twins wait in the car), i got my order and it was wrong! No surprise on my part. I asked for a refund and told the girl (manager) that arguing in front of customers was a bad look. She agreed with me and then told the entire staff that very loudly so everyone also heard that! 2nd trip was a couple of weeks ago. This time my order came out faster, but was wrong again. I am not ordering anything difficult, simply asked for no sour cream. The guy that helped me fix my order said he was sorry and they would remake it. But then, it happened again. The line staff remaking the food began to argue about who's fault it was loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear! My last visit was yesterday at 11:05am. I parked and went to the door to open it and it was locked (middle of lunch time). I peered into the restaurant and there were people inside so i pulled on the door again, to which the man working behind the counter waived me in a direction towards the drive through. I was confused as there was no sign on the door, so i went to the other door and it too was locked. I went back around to the first door and waited for someone to come out and i then went in. I asked the man working why both doors were locked in the middle of lunch time. He stated that they were short staffed and wanted to only have customers go through the drive through! I shook my head, and reluctantly placed my order. Shockingly the man rung it up wrong (nothing that i ordered was correct), and I caught it on my final print out receipt. He then had to go through the tedious motions of correcting the order that he rung up incorrectly, but appeared put out by it. I am done with this place...you are dying a slow death, but it is inevitable. A shame that even a Taco Bell can't stay open in this area! Get better help, get a better manager, and train your staff that the CUSTOMER is the reason...
Read moreThis is the 2nd time of me actually really getting annoyed with this place - as I do not go here often maybe 3 times I have ever bought food at a Taco Bell and it was a disaster the last 2 times - The last time it was so bad I actually called cooperate- this time it was even more horrible - I ordered went to the window the girl at the window was so uncooperative and mean that I had to ask if she was okay - she did not speak her face was annoyed and angry - she gave me the bag with what I assumed was the cheesy bean and rice burrito and the cheesy double beef burrito ( when I got home it was 2 cheesy bean burrito) getting back to the matter at hand - when she handed me the bag it actually fell to the ground- I did not even put my hand out all the way yet to get my order - when it fell she just closed the window on me - I stood in my car and waited to see what she will do - she did opened the window and I asked her if she had placed the sauces that I ordered in the bag - there was none in the bag she grabbed a handful and actually tossed it at me throwing some on the floor - I drove away annoyed and irritated as this was no customer service - how on earth does this Taco Bell get so many bad horrible reviews and they do nothing about it - the staff is incompetent- and there is no customer service what so ever - train these workers it’s horrible and no one wants to be treated this way - we spend our money at your place the right thing to do is give what we ordered - give pleasant hot food- and most of all customer service. This was my 2nd attempted giving them another chance but there is no way I would ever go back to this place!!! ..and I will continue to pass the word around - DO NOT go to this...
Read moreThis TB is right by my house and my wife loves Taco Bell so we have given this location about 10 chances.. It quite literally disappoints every time. If it wasn’t for other locations that make the food better, we would boycott TB all together. Thankfully the other locations are not too far and the quality is far superior. This location is a literal nightmare. I understand staffing issues but there is a certain level of quality that must be maintained. The level of this TB is so low, as a business owner I would be appalled because you are 100% losing customers daily. The sodas are watered down and taste expired. The chicken quesadillas (our go to) are cold, dry, and not cooked all the way through. They taste expired. Also presentation is important. Attached is a photo of how my quesadilla came. Outraged is an understatement. It literally looks like someone just jumbled up some ingredients into a tortilla and packaged it. They failed to even cut it. I just threw it in the trash.
