Papa Johns is not my favorite, but my daughter requested it for her birthday slumber party. I ordered it early for it to arrive specifically after the guest arrived so the food would be hot. I got notified that the door dash delivery was approaching, then that they were having difficulty finding the place. I went outside to help, but then got notified that it had been delivered. I called the Door Dasher who said that she delivered the food to my door. This was not true since I was standing outside. She said that she would check and call back. I waited with no callback. I called the store (who initially hung up on me) to tell them what happened. She said that she would look into it and call me back. While waiting for her, a random woman called me and said that a pizza was delivered to her door. She got my name and number from the box. But she was in the apartment down the street. Same apartment number, but wrong address. I had to leave a house full of young girls (reason for delivery) to go get the pizza. While picking the pizza up this store rep called back saying the Door Dasher confirmed it was delivered. I advised that it was, but to the wrong address and I had to go pick it up. She got mad that I picked it up! I advised that I wanted a refund for the tip and delivery that I paid for. She then said that I had to contact Door Dash for that. This is when I got mad. In no time during the delivery process did I request Door Dash. I was on Papa Johns website. Their website took my money, they need to figure out how to get my money back. She went back and forth, was unprofessional and wouldn't give her name. She has a thick Indian/Asian accent. Based on the other reviews, others have had similar experiences with her. The next week, I wrote customer service and a "Sherry" responded by saying that she would reach out to the store. As I am now asking for a full refund. I have reached out to her 3 times with no response from the store. And clearly Sherry isn't empowered enough to just offer a refund. What I'm saying is...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!! That woman at the store was rude and their customer service department is unable to provide service to their customer. Sherry and her department are useless! After over a month, I still don't have a resolution!

Read moreI went here as soon as I got to Austin thinking I would get some good food! Why because I do often eat at Papa John's and never had a bad experience until i visted this place. I got the worse pizza I ever ordered😦 I drove 20 min to my destination opened that box and was pissssed. I paid for a Large sausage and pepperoni with banana peppers on one side and bell peppers on the other side. I ordered 8 piece barbecue wings, well done and they were not well done and the sauce tasted weird. I took a picture of the pizza because my husband ate the wings anyway because he was that hungry and after my son got a slice I throw that shit away. I went back this morning to let them know my pizza order was all the way incorrect and I did provide the picture. The manager on duty today March 1, 2025 didnt even let me explain exactly happened. As soon as I said my order wasn't right she became Very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. She just cut me off and told me to call customer care I should have came back last night. I Tried explaining to her I had just drove 3 hrs from San Antonio to here to my destination I wasn't able to come back last night. She would even let me get it out just totally disregarding my issue and said call customer care. I then asked for her the manager which of course she stated she was the manager. I then asked for her name so I can inform customer care of who I spoke to concerning my issue she and again she was Super Rude and said u don't need my name they can see I'm the only manager here. I ordered a pizza at 6:24 after you order it says 71 to 81 minutes, which if I had known that I would not of ordered so it would be good if they put that before you order, understanding that the world is understaffed right now and things are taking longer I waited for two hours which is 40 minutes past the promise time… Tried to call the store on hold for 45 minutes. While still on hold with the store called the customer service number talk to a guy who is less than enthused about his job and he says it says it’s being boxed and I said yeah it’s been saying that for the last two hours. On the pizza tracker it immediately went to baking and then went to preparing probably 20 minutes or so later so it’s literally been stuck at preparing for two hours if that’s the case that pizzas no good by now anyway. But don’t worry because they took the money out of my bank account already. And I asked this guy so now it’s close to 9 o’clock my family has no dinner you have my money and no one will answer the phone. If they would just answer the phone I could say can you just cancel the order and give me my money back but they won’t answer the call. My only answer tonight is I’m sorry ma’am I’ll have upper management get in touch with you with your concern over your refund.
